This place hire anyone no experience. And they don’t care about there works either I had family they made the best coffee and hot chocolate and the food. Some of the workers heat up food that is expired. So be careful and yes lobby and bathrooms are alway dirty. They need to hire people that take there job seriously. That place need a clean down bad. And they racies here the manager and the owner too.Parking: With the snow here it should be clean but it’s not.

First and last time going here. I was handed my order and recieved a hot coffee instead of an iced. Then I confronted the employee she continued to tell me that I said hot and not iced. Hmmm well I know what I said for 1.... for 2, you would think that the customer is always right.. especially in todays inflated wold when 3 coffees cost over 11 dollars. Either way, there are too many dunkin donuts around. I dont need to go here and you shouldnt either.

Not a single employee I encountered through the intercom or at the window greeted me or gave me a total. Zero customer service. I said thank you twice and was completely ignored. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese, got no cream cheese came back around the drive through even apologized myself for the confusion. They didn't say a word to me. Just put cream cheese on it and handed it back. Not coming here again

Warning to the public: Dunkin Donuts, 3999 75th Street, Aurora, IL 60504: ZERO STARS!!! THUMBS DOWN!!! After eating a breakfast sandwich this morning, I became extremely ill from food poisoning. My symptoms are severe stomach pains, vomiting, diarrhea, fever and headache. The sandwich was warm on top, but cold inside. A month ago, I had an ice coffee and moments before getting to work, I became extremely sick while driving. Today, I tried calling to speak to a manager and someone keeps hanging up the phone. The lady on the window is extremely rude, bad attitude, and a nasty mouth! I had ordered a choc long john donut and it was bent up like it was dropped on the floor or taken from the garbage, so I asked for a better one, then she said she could not give me another one, takes it back and throws it out. I politely asked for my money back, then she said, I'm sick of this shit and slams the glass window shut in my face while I was talking. WOW... REALLY! I'm sure her hourly wage doesn't pay her to be a jerk to customers and risk her life because she's not the only one going through something! Instead of being a miserable ****, why don't you just quit and try getting hired at the Management of Fecal Waste! Karma is a ****! Furthermore, this location is unsanitary, selling old food, handling food without gloves while handling money at the same time. They are always extremely rude, argumentative and mean to customers; never ever friendly; never ever say hello and never ever say thank you! I am reporting this location to the DuPage Health Department and I hope and pray they are shut down for good because they do not deserve to be in our neighborhood! ***ZERO STARS*** This site does not have zero; had to select one to post, but they get ZERO STARS! CONSUMERS, PLEASE STAY AWAY!

❗️❗️❗️Choose any other DD location other than this one!! Staff was super rude and unfriendly. I ordered and they forgot to put part of my order in my bag, I drove all the way back and asked for the food portion to be remade, because they had also decided to put my hot food in the same bag with the donuts (like are y’all even serious?) I asked for them to be separated this time and she tried to give me back the same icing slewed off donuts. She then proceeded to tell me that the entire building was hot and asked if I wanted 2 new “melty” donuts. How passive aggressive? Why was it such a problem if I’m the one inconvenienced having to travel back to your business because y’all are clearly incompetent at doing your job? You forgot to put food in my bag that I paid for?All in all, I would highly suggest customers stop going to this location giving them your money and your business. When I called into the store and complained, I was made aware that they currently have no Manager at this location and let me just say that it SEVERELY shows through the actions of the staff ?.
