They were kind and the service was good, but ordering the Grilled Chicken Sandwich was a mistake. Literally the most unappetizing looking sandwich. It looks like something straight out of a movie prop or picture off an outdated menu… The meat literally had a strong taste to it, like rubber. The milkshake was good tho!!

Chicken fajita wrap was excellent, and the mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets were fresh and hot.My only complaint is that the soda fountain was out of carbonation or something, and when I complained they blamed the fact that I didn't get ice. That's not how that works, but I wasn't about to stand there and argue...If there is a next time, I'll skip the combo since the drink is undrinkable.

I ordered the chicken nugget combo and didn't come with barbecue sauce, I asked them if I could have some barbecue sauce for the chicken nugget and they told me that I had to pay extra for the barbecue sauce, when it should've come with the barbecue sauce already.

Ate here got like 32 dollars of fries, asked for a cup of water and got toldThey didn’t have any in their machine, that they only had bottles of water. Very cheap and wants money.

Went to the mall one day and decided to try this restaurant because I had never had it before. I am so glad I went there. The wait was a little long but it was 100% worth it. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and fries and the sandwich was absolutely AMAZING. The sauce is so tasty and the texture of the chicken was perfect. The only reason this is a 4 star review is because I didn’t like the fries. They were too thick but This also might be personally preference. Overall I will be going here every time I plan on eating in the mall.
Perhaps the burger would've been better but we received the wrong order. The chicken tenders and nuggets were pretty basic, as well as the fries. Not the worst but not the best.

The coconut shrimp was tasty, soft with a sweet taste in the breading. Very filling and they had many sauce choices to pick from. I liked the Korean BBQ and the Parmesan Garlic.

While the food here isn't that special (really closer to 3 star), I do like the concept of this eatery. I haven't seen many restaurants of this type which specialize in variations of fries and other belgian style treats, of which Frietkoten in the Chicago French Market is probably the closest style of eatery. I found the size of these fries to be a bit closer to steak fries than belgian fries, but they were still a good size to go with sauce, of which there's a good amount to choose from. These fries could have been a bit crisper, but i do like the option of serving them in a cone. The funnel cake sticks were quite interesting, almost like mini churros --- crispy and tasty. Though once again, it's nothing special but bonus point for creative design and presentation.
