Had the barnyard! What a great burger. The tater tots were perfectly cooked. Love that they use boarshead product. Great flavor and the presentation was great.

I don't often eat out in Aurora. When I have, it's been small hole in the wall Mexican joints. The down town area looks nice. This place was very empty. Not sure if that's the norm for a Saturday night in Aurora. I started with an Old Fashioned. It was excellent. It was kind of a damp evening and the restaurant was a little chilly. Perfect way to get started. We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer. It was a decent size portion of curds. The curds were very good. Perfectly fried and not greasy. The breading was a little dense but not in a bad way - just different. The sauce was good. For entrees, all 3 of us ordered burgers. They were just okay. Everyone at the table ordered Medium or Medium rare. Every burger came out medium well to well done. Sometimes, I wonder if places just ask to be polite, without ever really trying to get it medium. The patty had an excellent flavor and the burger had a nice char. But it wasn't juicy at all. In fact, it was pretty dry. I ordered the Rebel Duck burger as the menu said it appeared on Chicago's Best. Well, truth be told, it shouldn't be considered one of Chicago's Best. The burger was okay. It had 2 nice strips thick crispy bacon. But the rest of the toppings were underwhelming. The French fried onions, what few I had, were over cooked and hard. The carnitas were flavorless and dry. In the end, the overly sweet BBQ sauce couldn't help this burger. Why do they call it the Rebel Duck? Is it Duck Carnitas? Didn't taste like duck to me. The portions are huge. And both the tots and waffle fries were excellent. For $17, I expect a better burger. It's expensive bar food. Probably won't go back.

A fun place to eat, only a very short walk to our casino! The food is good and is not loud. Give it a try, you will enjoy it.

I had the "A little spice is nice" burger with a side salad that had the most tasty lemon vinaigrette dressing, and the lavender lemonade. Both were outstanding.

My family and I tried this place out. We got two OG burgers with grilled onions and the Here Piggy pulled pork. The pulled pork had a good texture, but the sauce wasnt mixed into the pork. The OG burger claimed 8 ounces, but it must have been fatty as what we received looked more like a quarter pounder. Also the grilled onions werent caramalized, just had some grilled color. What is giving this place a 3 star is the service. The waitress disappeared after taking our order and 2 other waitresses got us refills, etc. Even after dropping off the check, she disappeared again! Decent food, but not necessarily worth the price.

The vibes are really cool, my girlfriend and I went in for lunch and it was a good time! I got the duck rebel burger and it was really tasty but could've used a bit more BBQ sauce in my opinion. The waffle fries on the side were absolutely delicious. My girlfriend got the Italian sub and it was more of a sandwich but it was still good. Definitely needed to be toasted with more lettuce in her opinion. The tater tots on the side were really good. We also got the Asian coleslaw and it was a bit bland, it needed more seasoning or more mayo. Overall it was a great time, a good meal, and we would definitely go back to try new dishes!

The cheese curds and mojito were awesome (the reason for a second star), but the burgers were pretty dry. I asked for no onion but got onion on mine. We ordered two more drinks when the burgers came, and they took so long to get there that we had to cancel because we had to go and had finished our food. Had to get up to tell the server and then get up again to ask another server to run our check. We were there for an hour fifteen, kept being overlooked with servers walking by, avoiding eye contact. Not worth the price or the time.

Very good burgers and fries. Definitely a seat yourself wave down the hostess type of place. Nice staff. Clean atmosphere. Came here for my Birthday. Same day as the gay pride parade. Lots of happy people.

My wife and I were in the area on an early Friday evening with our 2 kids and decided to try this place out on a whim. We did have to wait probably 30 minutes for our food after ordering (which is not ideal with hungry 5 and 7 year old kids), but it was worth the wait. My burger was cooked to perfection--one of the best I've had in years. My wife said she literally had a dream of her carnitas tacos later that night--great balance of salty and sweet. Our kids had grilled cheese sandwiches which seemed to be more Texas toast than cheese, but they enjoyed them (with some nicely seasoned tater tots). We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful old building that has been transformed into a bar with that classic look along with a bar type menu. I got the Lil OG Burger and Tater Tots. 4oz burger is pretty good for me as I'm trying not to stuff myself. The Tater Tots were pretty good with a nice spicy ketchup. We sat on a nice wood patio/walkway and they had herbs growing out there. I enjoyed myself here
