Steak sandwich, really? It should be called onion sandwich. Bought it for my son he was unable to eat it full of 70% onion , 10% steak 15% cheese and 5% lettuce and tomato , had to throw this so called Philly steak sandwich away . Would not recommend this place at all!! Oh and forgot to mention they charge an arm and a leg for this crappy food .

worst customer service ever I’m upset, first off I asked for a “king fry” and as you see on the picture they’re promoting for this item it has sour cream.. when I ordered I asked for sour cream and when I received my order I didn’t have sour cream, I asked for it and they tried to make me pay extra for something that should come with this meal.Never EVER going here again the woman in the front (in the first picture) is very rude and she’s a liar, when her manager asked her did I ask for sour cream she lies and says no, so I had to go to jewel osco to BUY my own which is extremely inconvenient!!! I also asked for No Bacon because simply because I don’t eat pork… check out the last picture.. see that ?? Yes that’s bacon, Something I said I didn’t want !I recommend going to #Fries in the mall they’re better at customer service and food wise.. should’ve went there in the first place ??

Awful service! The older Hispanic man feels like the owner. We asked for extra mayonnaise on my husband's sandwich we didn't get it. We asked him to put some anyway, since we paid extra. He said I already gave you extra, but here. Like he was doing us a favor. I asked mine with no lettuce, tomato and mayo, guess what he put on mine.... Mayo. Awful customer service. While the he gave free food to 2 teenage girls he was talking to while this was going on. The actual owner should do something.

Wish I could give ZERO STARS! Tried to place an order and was refused a glass of water! Was told they only have bottles of water. They have plastic cups on display and a soda fountain.

Fox valley location don't waste your money. The great steak sandwich was all onion no meat to speak of. Onions were under cooked.
