Food is great. However I did a mobile order pick up and when I went to go pick up my order, I told the lady upfront my name, and instead of her, handing me my bag, she pushed it across the counter, and turned around. Maybe she was having a rough day, but that shouldn’t be taken out on customers.

Five stars for a nation chain sub shop? Yep. It's consistent in every way. Fresh tasty food. Clean shop. But it's the people that always make the difference. Smiling, happy, courteous, welcoming. Every time. And there's typically 4 of them. A couple teens and a couple adults setting an example of pride, attention to detail, and work ethic. Wish some of it would radiate through the walls to the Chipotle next door. Well done. I'll continue to visit.

Probably one of the best sub places nearby. Food is always quick and ready to go when I place online orders. Friendly staff and very clean.

I was driving down Kirk Road on my way to the outlet mall when I saw a sign for this location and decided to check it out since this was going to be my second time ever in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. I wanted to record my experience as well. Upon walking in with my camera, I was stopped by a gentleman asking me can I help you? I simply continued to review the place. Asked me again couple of times than I finally let him know what I was doing. That I was getting documents the place so the I can write a review based of my experience. He apologized for the questions since they have been getting a lot of people trying to find out why the place is under new management. We continue to talk more while I placed my order for two Big Beef Kahuna combo with chips and drinks. There were three employees working there. Two young lady’s and one gentleman. All three were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and nice. I got my food and left.

Quite frankly, it shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes to make a single sandwich. I ordered a cheesesteak - and while I understand that they do their best to make it fresh, it shouldn’t have to take 18 minutes for them to do so. Both my coworker and I were shocked that it took so long! And to top it all off, the cheese was absolutely horrific and caused us BOTH indigestion even though there aren’t any allergies or intolerances to dairy.

We have been to this restaurant many times and enjoyed their sandwiches. However today I went in to get my husband and myself a sandwich and he wanted to try one of their hot chicken sandwiches. I ordered and proceeded to watch them touch raw chicken and then not change their gloves, put their hands in the cold box and the station next to the grill. I nicely asked if they change their gloves after touching raw meat and they all immediately started arguing with me that they don't touch the meat. I had just seen him touch raw chicken and the tiny piece of parchment paper with his entire gloved hand and then not change gloves. They then started laughing at me and looking at me like I was crazy or ridiculous for not wanting raw chicken juices to touch the bread or other sandwich I ordered. They also were rotating off the grill without changing their gloves and then making cold sandwiches and touching the deli section. I really don't understand how this is the protocol here and now I'm very grossed out that I've eaten deli meat here.I paid for the sandwiches because I'm not a jerk and ordered them and felt like I was being mocked by the staff. I wasn't looking to cause a scene I just don't enjoy food borne illness. I went home and we threw both sandwiches out. Disgusting.

Walked into the store today with a to go order that was made incorrectly. That’s fine, it happens, though I called and asked for a refund. The first time I called I was told by an employee that she’d get the manager and was left on the phone for 5 minutes without being placed on hold and nobody coming to the phone.I hung up and called back and the same employee answered and asked how they could help. I asked to speak to someone who could help with a refund or a credit. Again, was not placed on hold during a non busy time of day, and instead I overheard the employee speak to the manager and say “can you speak to her…. So should I just hang up or what?…” then the manager, Zach, took the phone begrudging and issued a refund.Really leaving this review for the lack of customer service or care for the customer experience. My wife and I love jersey Mikes and come here often, but we’ll hesitate next time before placing our order here.

Said they couldn’t make my sandwich cause they already cleaned the grill at 8pm. Then locked the doors at 8:30 they don’t close until 9pm.

I have had 2 bad experiences at this location. The first experience was a month or two ago where they totally screwed up my sandwich order. Not even close. What exacerbated the situation besides the fact that they don't listen closely to instructions regarding sandwich orders is they seem to focus entirely too much on their online orders. Hello, when you have a line of customers who took the time to come in, order and wait for their sandwiches how about focusing on them versus your online orders. Service the customers who are right in front of you. Let the people who ordered on line be inconvenienced. The second bad experience happened today I ordered a hot sandwich, a #26. Waited patiently while the prepared the 4 sandwich order of the gentleman in front of me. Was waiting for what seemed like forever when one of the employees finally says hey where's this guys 26? " "Oh I gave it it to the guy ahead of him, he said he had a 26." By this time I was pretty irate. I asked so what are you going to do make this right? We'll make you another sandwich. I'm like oh goody! You're going to turn what should have been a 20 minute lunch run into a 40 minute lunch run and all you''re offering is the opportunity for me to watch you guys make my sandwich twice? Yippie, Here's a novel idea, how about comping my order, how about providing a sincere apology and offering a gift card for my trouble and inconvenience. Most importantly LISTEN to your customers, get their order right, and make sure they get the right sandwich. I would avoid this location except the one on Eola isn't much better.
