Freaky slow I’d say. This location always takes an hour for delivery. On top of that delivery drivers pull up to your drive way music full blast, ridiculous. Terrible and unprofessional service.

I called in for the party box. The staff was very polite, explained all my options and everyone loved the variety of sandwiches and wraps. Food was on time requested, no complaints.Vegetarian options: I’m not sure

Every time I go in to order food the General Manager, Nick is always high, eyes red, and mumbling/stumbling over his words. He couldn't explain how to sign up for becoming a member with Jimmy John's and doesn't care about his customer service. He manages to get my order wrong majority of the time and leaves out specific things I told him to add or to subtract from my order. I would label this Jimmy John's the worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. Pure disappointment in the people working here, thequality of food, and service. 0/5.

Irish looking manager or whatever he is, is a douche. Looks super tired or if he was on drugs. Didn’t even say anything to me. And just walks away after charging me without saying “have a good day”. He looked he doesn’t want to work in the food industry.

I'm so upset that nothing has changed. This location especially has been going downhill for 3-4 years. I haven't ordered in a year or so but tried to give it another chance only for my order to not be complete yet again and missing add ons. At least this time it was timely instead of waiting an hour and a half.I do give props to the young lady who answered the phone. She was polite and informative. It's really unfortunate that the corporate company or even the franchises put their employees in the position to not offer a refund and only a store credit because obviously I'm not going to be ordering anymore since this is my third or fourth time trying to give them another chance to get it together!I won't even talk about the delivery itself and it being just dumped on my doorstep....

The delivery person couldn't even deliver the food to the correct side of the building. So the person just left it outside and drove away. Call store they said will send out another sandwich but on their time. I'M a truck driver and they I have all the time to wait for their screw up.....This is unacceptable.

Ordered delivery and it took 1.5 hours to deliver it. Absolutely terrible service.

It's Jimmy John's- what more is there to say. Pretty uniform location to location. Jimmy John's subs are great IMO but a little overpriced. The one thing that really stood out however is that although friendly, the staff was not freaky fast.

I was out of there delivery area so I drove there,, I had a great Sub sandwich in a nice clean soundings with very polite staff and a supervise that went out of his way over the top to make my lunch experience GREAT! My sub was of good size, fresh and taste wonderful made just the way I asked for.. I will be back for lunch again real soon..THANK you all at Jimmy Johns !Parking: I Parked right in front

I placed an online order for delivery around 4:16pm, got a message saying out for delivery, awesome oh was I wrong. After about 45 minutes I called the store and asked where my delivery was, they assured me it was delivered, weird, my ring camera never went off looked at the footage and sure enough no one had dropped anything off. They said we’d remake it and have it delivered again and offered store credit. I said fine, guess what still no sandwich.

This is the slowest JJs ever. Not freaky fast. Consistently takes over 5 minutes for one sandwich to be made when there is no one in the store.

A place that you don't want to go and spend your money... Last Sunday I went to buy some sandwiches at 5:30 pm and only 2 employees were there. one was taking an order over the phone and the other one was sleeping on one of the tables scratching his head. finally after 2 minutes he got up and ask me what can I get you and didn't know what was on the sandwiches...So I left and went to jersey Mikes. The Best !I will never go to Jimmy johns.
