I unfortunately forgot their names but 3 gentleman had my order ready for pick up when I needed it! Sandwich was great! Inside was clean.Employees were very nice and accommodating!

I have ordered many tuna sandwiches before… And noticed my sandwich was a lot skinnier… Don’t know if they’re changing the bread size, but it didn’t taste nearly as half as it should any better. Then I read up on the reviews and the store seems to get a lot of bad ones, next time I will be more selective on which store. But I did receive that special coupon for a discounted sandwich so I’m wondering if they did that smaller sandwich because I paid less but I thought I would’ve earned it with so many purchases at different Jimmy John’s, which that would be wrong on their part Never coming back here again.

Wow, guess I’m just piling on here but Jimmy John’s is pretty bad, maybe it’s just this store but they certainly don’t know how to make sandwiches. $12 wrap was nasty, 1/2” thick, really nothing to it, equal to a $2 McDonald’s snack wrap. I think a vending machine could provide a better wrap. The Vito was light on toppings, seriously 6 or 7 pieces of shredded lettuce and meat that may have been sliced days ago. For the product and prices, stick to chipotle or Jersey mikes.

I placed an order at 1:11 by 2:00 I called the store twice sent to voicemail both times. So I called customer service all they said was to keep calling and they will put in a request for a refund. Then at 2:50 I got a notification my order was out for delivery and still didn’t deliver my order but marked it as delivered so not only am I out of food but money too. No one has answered the phone and I can’t go in because I’m at work. I work at a mall behind Jimmy Johns it should take no longer than 5 mins to deliver. I haven’t ordered from JJ in a while but kept getting emails to order so I did. Now I remember why I haven’t ordered from JJ in a while. Looking at all the other reviews it sounds like this location should just shut down. I’m a manger and was recently asked if we should cater JJ for our Christmas party the answer is most definitely no now.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Took 45 mins to get my order store is 2 mins away. Kid shows up walks right past my husband as if he wasnt standing there then asks for a tip when he didn't get one proceeds to say well if you would tip you'd get better service. I had cash ready for a tip and even said that when i ordered. Called corporate left a complaint then the "owner" called and once he didn't want to talk he passed it to the general manager and i asked how he was going to rectify the issue he said im sorry then hung up refusing to give any names date today 11.15.23

This location must be owned by the same scum bag as the Batavia location. Terrible service, and the fact this hasn’t changed for some time show management/ownership doesn’t care. Do what you wish but I’ll do my part to put them out of business / won’t be visiting again.

I was very disappointed on how this Jimmy John’s ran and the customer service I walk in and all of the workers were wearing Mitch Match clothes not in uniform some of the workers were not wearing hats which I find very disgusting I walked in and they were playing very inappropriate music until finally they turned it off also waited up front for five minutes before anyone came to the front on another note the manager was very nice and only one wearing the uniform and actually seem like he cared about his job

Stopped in to grab a sandwich today, was greeted by a red curly headed young man that was not overly pleasant. While looking at the menu I went to use the restroom and was told they are off limits. The sign on the door says for paying customers only. He said yeah no, they are off limits. I explained that is against the health code in the State of Illinois and bathrooms for customers is a requirement for restrooms. He laughed and said no. I took my business elsewhere.After looking at other reviews perhaps Jimmy John’s needs to evaluate the staff and management at this location. Customer service is important as there are many other choices in the area.
