Went through the drive thru and ordered an apple pie, cashier told me to wait so he could check if they had any, to which he said, and I quote “yes we do”. As I got to the window AND paid he told me right after that they had no apple pies. Didn’t let me get a refund for my order and cashier was obviously very high as well.

This is literally the worst excuse for a restaurant in the city and there are plenty of bad options. I can’t comprehend having a chain restaurant that is out of the things they sell and promote 8/10 times. The shake machine has literally been out of commission EVERY month for at least 2 so it’s really genuinely a luck of the draw if you’ll get the items you’re looking for. AND GOD FORBID you use THEIR app and order the items THEY allow you to because chances are they will not have when you get to the restaurant and you will quite literally never get your money back considering not a single person in the building knows even a sliver of information about navigating the app in literally any aspect at all. If you’re going for literally anything other than breakfast you will be disappointed. And it’s actually crazy because the staff is pretty nice except for the fact they act like you as they consumer should know at all times what this specific location DOESN’T have even though it will certainly be on their menu nonetheless

It is ridiculous how many times a group of workers can get a simple and SHORT order of food right it took 4 tries for this group of workers to get my order right I went through the drive thrue and i asked for a quarter ponder plain with just cheese and what did I get a lot of stuff that I did not want I went in and said what I ordered and they also missed items that I have ordered that they did not hear apparently which was also ridiculous anyways I got my order and checked if it was right and again it was wrong and l went back in and now I am upset that they could not even get this order right so now I said what my order was again and again it was wrong now I'm mad because I have places to go so now I tell them a third time and of course it's wrong so now I spoke my mind and said do you guys not understand english because I now told you three times and still get it wrong so what don't you understand I don't even work here and I bet you I could train all of you on how to do your jobs, and as I was looking around these so called workers are all teenagers who don't care about the coustemers so I was very disappointed with them and if I worked there as a manager or higher up I would fire all of them because come on 4 times is ridiculous to get a meal right so I hope the McDonald's on gelena in aurora looks into this and start firing these young bucks.
