They’re hiring a bunch of immigrants in that can’t speak or read English. Messed up my order twice in a row then had the nerve to blame Uber eats for their mess up. If you’re going to come to this country at least attempt to try and learn the language that is most heavily spoken here which is English. I shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced for your entitlement.

If I could give this McDonald's NO STARS I would. I went to McDonald's on January 3, 2024, and placed my order through the McDonald's app. I went to location located at 2595 Ogden Ave Aurora IL 60504. Which I go to all the time because it is the closest one to my home. Upon arriving I was given my food that I ordered and in the bag was only 3 sauces (ranch, buffalo, and sweet and sour) since I ordered a 20-pc nugget, and my kids all eat different sauces I did request an additional sauce for each. When the associate in the drive thru window went to get the sauces that I requested another employee told her no she could not give me more she already put 3 sauces in the bag. She then processed to the window to tell me no I could not have any more sauce. She did not tell me what it would cost for additional sauce she just told me no! I felt like I was being discriminated against! I refused to leave the drive thru until the sauce was given to me and she then threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. NEVER once did I yell, scream, or disrespect this woman because I had my 7-year-old daughter in the back seat. My daughter was terrified because she was confused WHY the police would be called on me for asking for additional sauce. To be told that she was calling the police on me is ridiculous NEVER in my life have I experience such bad customer service at McDonald's over additional chicken nugget sauce. I was told she would call the police on me for NO REASON AT ALL. This is not how you treat your customers when they ask for extra chicken nugget sauce! I am very upset with how this matter was handled and I want something done immediately. This associate needs to be held accountable for her actions and I want to make sure this NEVER happens again to anyone else!

Normal McDonald's food. Served hot and not over cooked or dry.This MickyD is part of a BP Gas Station and therfore is much smaller compared to the typical stand-alone stores. Still has full menu but limited seating. At 1PM Jan 2nd we were the only dine-in customers.Service was prompt but lacked smiles and cheerfulness.

Their service is getting worse than ever! I just came from there and ordered 35.00 worth of food and I had asked that my fries and daily double be fresh, but I received hard fries and drinks that were 3/4 full! When you spend that kind of money you should get some decent customer service.

It’s very small here. And no place for me to get ketchup, or plastic forks etc. I tried to get some paper tissue. And they kept me waiting for long time. And the told me they don’t have tissue.This is really the worst experience I had in a McDonald’s ever.

I frequent this location because it's close. In all the times I've gone, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they've only made maybe 3 mistakes over the years. I'm always very impressed at the speed and accuracy. Considering the extremely poor track record of most fast food places around this location, it stands out. Seriously, good job. They are generally better than most McDonalds even. The day manager here is a great guy too. There is another McDonald's across town that I ordered from late, and they took over 3 hours. I stuck around to see how bad it really was. 7-10 minutes per car in the drive through. When I got to the window they told me they couldn't make my food because it switched to breakfast! Not even an apology. This was the one on Douglas. Stay away!
Food was piping hot and tasted fresh out of the grease.Dietary restrictions: On a no dairy diet and McDonald's was more than accommodating with my meal.
