Too expensive now used to be affordable for a meal now they don't even have double cheese burger meals have to buy everything separately McDonald's became too Big of a franchise and forgot about non wealthy customers that helped get them to where they are now i guess once you make it to the top you get Big headed

If you are going to be changing your menu once a week make sure your staff knows so they can inform the customer at the time of order. Proceeded to order a meal that was not offered anymore and the drive thru worker placed the order. Then I get my food and it's missing an item to be told they don't offer that anymore. The person taking my order should have notified me at the time of my order that the meal wasn't offered anymore. I will not be going back to this location

Whenever I visit this location, Norma always comes out to greet customers and give them their receipt, informing the offer if you complete the survey online. I sit longer because of the great service. Thank you, McDonald's team.
Don't interrupt someone in the middle of the order! My husband asked for a spicy mcchicken with cheese & the guy taking the order interrupted him in the middle of his sentence. Needless to say, he did not hear the "with cheese" part & he did not get it with cheese. That was very rude. If someone is ordering, listen to their order & repeat it back to double check that it's correct. It wasn't even busy!At this point, it's not even about the mcchicken. It's about the lack of manners!

They need to get it together. Every time I order from here via drive thru or on the app and go to drive thru, I'm never given my full order and always have to go back in and get something they forgot. Get a new food runner for the drive thru!

On website shows they close at 12. Was in line at 1135 just trying to order nuggets the easiest thing to make. All I got was a rude employee saying they are closed. If they were closed they wouldn't have said anything on the intercom. Lazy workers and a joke of a place to go.
