3rd time at this location, each time gets better! We were in a bit of a hurry because we had travelers in our party. Our server (shoot! I forget her name ?) was awesome. She put in a word with the kitchen to give us a bit of a rush and she kept us abreast of how our food was coming along. When there was a mistake she quickly comped the wings and the right order came out quickly. Each of us really enjoyed our food- it was fresh and hot and flavorful. This is gonna become a go-to for entertaining friends when they come into town!

my friends and i come here all the time, we love the vibe. the food is good and we live for the electric blue long island pitchers. we always either sit at the bar when Simon is bartending or at a table if Josnie is serving. they’re both absolutely wonderful people, easy going and good to talk too!

We came in for my dad’s birthday and we had a bad experience with our waiter, Nikko. First off, we ordered a pitcher of Sangria and he asked us to see our IDs, which he happily complied but he turned to my dad and RUDELY said “I don’t need to see yours”. Then, we placed an order of mozzarella sticks. Our waiter later came to our table and said they were out of mozzarella sticks. We say ok, order our entrees and move on with our meal. Now about 30 minutes after we tried ordering our mozzarella sticks, a woman and her daughter were sat in the booth behind us and ordered some mozzarella sticks. We called our waiter over and asked “oh, not to be a bother but we heard them order mozzarella sticks. do you guys actually have some” and he blatantly said “no, they didn’t order any” which was a huge lie. I turned to the booth behind us and asked the woman if they ordered mozzarella sticks and she said “yes, we did order”. We found that odd but didn’t say anything else to the customer. We finished up our meals and sangria, and we saw one of the servers hand off mozzarella sticks to the booth behind us and very loudly made up a story of how they “quickly sent someone to one of their other stores to pick up mozzarella sticks”. Now, I’ve worked in the industry and there’s no way they would have sent someone to pick up MOZZARELLA sticks during peak dinner rush. Plus, it would’ve taken them 40+ minutes to send someone to the nearest location and back + to heat them up. Now, I know it’s “just” mozzarella sticks but we didn’t appreciate the rudeness of our server and the blatant lies he told to our face. Terrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend this location. We didn’t even get to enjoy any dessert for my dads birthday.
