I have been coming to Noodles & Company for years & only have good things to say about it. I chose to review this location in particular because I’ve never had any issues with my orders (whereas I cannot say the same about other locations) & the staff are always welcoming and inviting. They go above in beyond in providing prompt service without sacrificing the quality of the product. There was a time I forgot to order a drink with my pickup order & they gave me one for free. Every time I arrive before my pickup order is ready, they ask for my name so that they can check the status, whereas with the majority of other chain restaurants, they will let you stand there & act like you don’t exist. The next time you stop by, try their Chicken Parmesan!! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for being amazing!

Prices are too high even with gift cards. The food itself is fine.

I'd never been to or ordered from this restaurant before and ended up ordering online for pickup. I got home with the food and quickly realized that we'd fallen for the classic, the food looks nothing at all like the pictures on the website, marketing misrepresentation. Not only was the chicken in what was supposed to be chicken parmagiana completely overcooked and dried out but it was so thin that I was genuinely impressed that it was physically possible to get meat to be that thin and have it stay together. I was able to eat 3-4 bites of the noodles but the "chicken" was inedible so I just threw the dish in the garbage and reheated some leftovers. I'm going to assume staff just wasn't happy to be working on Jan 1 because I can't imagine staying in business if this is representative of what is served. I'll never test that theory though as I'll never be going back.

Awful experience at this location.Food was sub-par. Lack of garlic cream sauce I subbed into the dish instead of the marinara, chicken was rubber, and the cheese was almost burnt and very brown.Service /workers are I guess allowed to be their personal cell phone while leaning over the food counter and then proceed to touch and prepare customer's food. For all I know what cell phone also goes into the bathroom with her like most of America....Ambiance was standard noodles and co restaurant.Nice digital menu board with photos of food that you will not receive as what to get will look much different.Hopefully I don't get sick but lady in the green shirt was on her cell phone multiple times and so was what looked like manager on duty. I caught the "cook" in the back also on her phone so that was when I stopped eating.I have a photo of the worker bent over the working food counter and on her personal cell phone. Google wouldn’t let me upload it hereI cross posted on Yelp, got a what seems to be a fake response, filled out the link and 26 days later no response. I guess they really don’t care…. ??‍♀️

Penne Rosa with double parm crusted chicken. Chicken no where to be found and a drop of sauce. Missing mushrooms and Roma tomatoes as described on the menu listing. Drove back to the restaurant to have my order fixed and they admitted they ran out of chicken but still fulfilled my order incorrectly. No refund was given. Paid $18.77 for nothing and two wasted trips. Don’t waste your time clicking on their “link” when management comes to comment on your poor Google review because it’s a survey for corporate and no one will reach out to you after filling it out.

I go here for the gluten free pasta. The Rosa snd marinara are both yummy. Grilled chicken is a good protein add on.

I ordered a Wisconsin Mac n Cheese today and received the most off-model dish ever. They left the noodles in for too long, the sauce is the wrong consistency, and they piled shredded cheese on top and called it a wrap. I am so upset because this used to be a favorite dish of mine in undergrad. It's just bad and I wish I could get my money back tbh. Please do better at this location.
