Everytime I order delivery from here, I order a 12 piece rangoon. Yet every single time without fail they give me 3. Every time. Please please PLEASE read my order. That is a whole 10 dollar difference and its extremely disappointing when I was excited for my rangoon only to find out I recived a 1/4th of the meal.Once i even called to make sure they gave me 12, and she said yes. Then i got the order and it had someone elses name on it with a completely different order.Im leaving this review to get the attention of the owners. This is my pleading cry for the workers to please read the tickets.

Went there to get lunch with a friend. Everything was undercooked, cold and they served mushrooms that should've Been thrown away. They had a metallic taste. Manager wasn't there so we had to wait around until the girl could call her. They kept offering to give us free food (as if we'd eat there again after tasting rancid food) in the end they refused to refund us and didn't pull the mushroom chicken. Absolutely horrendous will never be returning to this establishment.

store manager is very rude & aggressive team members have poor attitudes and don't care ... this location is in mall & when Sergio took over I only ate there like 3 more times cause he took away the disc I got ... then I caught him giving it to another mall worker thats just not fair ... I am not purchasing from this location anymore neither will my family this needs to be addressed

Usually go eat here everytime I come to the mall. Today I went in with my kids and not only was the service rude and unfriendly but I also found a large sharp piece of plastic in my food. Will not be going back. I'm glad it wasn't one of my kids who got it!! Check your food people! I will be taking my business

honestly, no disrespect since I work in a food industry, but we come here all the time and if the product(the food) looks old we ask if we can wait for the new batch to come out and they always say yes and we wait. But today we went in and we asked for two large chow meins and if we could wait for a fresh batch and the guy behind the window named Carlos was rude and refused to take our order.

I just recently discovered how good Panda is. I mainly love how much food you get for a reasonable price. My favorite combo so far is the Mein Chow with orange chicken and broccoli and beef.
