Order a couple of items they forgot to put all the sides in the bag. I called the store... Took a couple of tries before anyone answered. Manager said she was going to send me a voucher via email. Still waiting for it.

A few days ago I waited in line for someone to take my order and there was a girl staring at me gossiping with other coworkers and this went on for about five minutes until I had to go up to a young man and ask if I could order. He was very nice and helpful telling me my rewards he had glasses ! I want to give him recognition because he was cleaning and providing me nice service. However once I got my food it was pathetic I paid so much just to get less portions. I’ve worked in customer service and food so I tried to be understanding but this was just awful. do better training or discipline your staff on limiting their gossip because even customers can hear from a far. The staff gossiping we’re preparing my food and I think the nonsense happening led to my food to be not satisfying and not fairly proportioned. Overall I had a bad experience with the quality of the food and service.

We visit Panera infrequently due to the increase in prices and decrease in portion. This visit on 12/12/23 was no exception. The food tasted good, but I cannot justify the price for the quantity or quality. I spent around $32 feeding two people a salad/sandwich combo with drinks. I took a star off because of the quantity of food, there were several tables dirty with trash and food on the table top and booth seats, and the price point is just too high. This restaurant will remain a once or twice a year visit.

It's always something with this location, they always forget 1 of my items,yes maybe I should check my order before I leave but why can't the employees do that as well, maybe if the talk less about their home problems they can concentrate pouring soup in a bowl and bagging the sandwich

I've been coming here for over 18 years and I don't have a complaint. Everything from the pizzas, soup bowls, sandwiches, iced drinks, bagels, and breads... are all very delicious. It's very clean and customer service is friendly.

Moving the charged drinks behind counter and giving in to the media is a really bad customer service move. Waiting for my sip club drink now made me cancel my subscription and I will not be back.

Still love their bread, but the soup was horrible. The containers should hold 8 ounces, one was 7.4 and the other was 7.5. It's too expensive to not get what you paid for.
I love the salad and soup options.! They have many of options..:. The bread is real good warmed up with options... I always go here when I'm not feeling well or not feeling like a bunch of meat and restaurants. The ambiance is like a college lunch room everyone is eating on their labtops just having food. The service is a hit or miss depending on the days you go ! Overall I love certain food I haven't tried all but yes go there!

I have never had a problem with the taste of the food. I also understand the company tries to use premium ingredients, however, I'm tired of paying fifteen USD for an apple, an iceberg lettuce salad thats on its way out, and their version of a gourmet bowl. The food is also presented poorly, the salads are in cheap plastic containers and honestly remind reminds me of overpriced hospital food. I honestly think the corporation should look into strategies for reducing their costs.
