I placed a first time delivery order for assorted bagels & cream cheese to be delivered for an office meeting. It was on time. Bagels were fresh & cream cheese was cold. The delivery option was very convenient.

BLUF: Standard Panera Bread, with a drive through and inside dinning available.-Lots of soups, breads, sandwiches and backed goods to choose from.-service is fast inside and in the drive through.-great place to come and grab a healthier meal quickly.Restaurant cleanliness: good.Bathrooms: clean and well maintained.We bring the kids here to do homework and grab dinner before late night sports or dance class.

Why does this location take sooo long to do everything? I've been to several other Panera locations and their drive thrus move as quickly as any other "fast food" place. While this location I SIT and SIT in the drive thru! As I write this I've been sitting at the window for 7 minutes. I ordered ahead and no one was in front of my when I pulled up. Do better.

Terrible! Service is awful, no one to take your order. No one to ask questions of to help with kiosk. No fresh coffee. Don't go!
This has to be the worst Panera in the suburbs. Waited over 10 min for a latte with no customers inside the store. 5 employees on the floor then when I asked politely for a refund because I'm late for work, the girl wearing glasses at 9am on a Saturday gave me an attitude. " Well, you still have to wait because I need to get a manager " . No apologies whatsoever.

We drive out of way for this particular Panera because others nearby never have bread for my favorite sandwich (Turkey Bacon Bravo). They always do a nice job preparing our sandwiches. Great service and food.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! They are always so sweet and helpful, and always get my order right! I am always ordering a sandwich with lots of modifications on it (Im so picky) and they ALWAYS get it right!! They also are always so thoughtful when handing out extra sauces and things:) Today I went and the service was fantastic as always. But, I had some issues with payment and the girl at the drive thru who usually cashes me out and noticed. Without hesitation, she let me have my food without charge!!! They truly made my entire day today !!! Shoutout to that girl always busting ass in the drive thru:) you were my savior today.

I don’t complain a lot. But this one is special. Big shoutout to this location for charging 15 bucks for 3 dollars worth of food. Come on guys you can at least fill the bowl with rice or something. Even chipotle isn’t this stingy.
