Everything was good, except that the French Baguette that I ordered with the soup was not available. They could have offered me something for inconvenience . Apart from that, food was ready on time, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of parking and seating inside.

I know Panera tries very hard, but 1) needs to do better if they truly want to offer 'healthy' menu options by offering decent options that are actually plant-based without egg or dairy (and not just a bagel!), 2) please educate your team members on the differences between veganism, vegetarianism, etc., and 3) don't make it impossible to make small accommodations. You can do better Panera.

I visited this store in the afternoon and although there was only one person ahead of me, but I had to wait so long that I literally wanted to leave. Cashier was nice and helpful, but it would have been nice if someone else could jump in and take my order.

I started getting the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt when it was first introduced on the menu, the sandwich was awesome, a lot of ingredients, but lately you have to search for the chicken and avocado. It should be renamed Focaccia With Some Chicken and Avocado Melt since the Focaccia is the main thing that you get. My mom had the turkey sandwich and there was on slice of turkey on it. The price is way too much for what you are getting.

Not sure why I always have bad experiences here. Came at a bad time I’m assuming since there was large lines outside and inside. I understand employees are stressed, but if I’m not giving attitude and being patient and not complaining…. Then I expect not to have attitude given to me. Cashier wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t offer a receipt. Everyone else got a vibrating square..for some reason I’m the only one who didn’t and STILL Waiting about 15 minutes just to get my food. So I had to wait up there for my food unlike everyone else who was seated waiting for their order to “ring”. They also didn’t call my name when my order was ready.The only employee who was nice and accommodating was a lady at the pick up window. Because I saw her be nice to another customer for complaining about having a cold soup.

I ordered at the drive thru, one item was the green goddess caprese sandwich. They added chicken on it…I did not ask for chicken. I do not eat chicken. I also asked for sugar cookies and Andrew proceeded to tell me they were out.However when I drove all the way back to get a refund for my incorrect food, they offered me a bakery item….and there was a handful of sugar cookies there. Thanks for the incorrect food and thank you for telling me there were no cookies left when there was.

Im usually not the type to write reviews, but this morning was crazy. Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru this morning, now I understand sometimes it’s not under the employee’s control, but, when I got to the window the lady didn’t even say anything or acknowledge me. When you have costumers waiting that long, it’s important to be somewhat kind.
