I placed an order through DoorDash at 9:39 and at 9:48 they said you cannot fulfill my order and canceled it. I was busy packing up our vehicle to leave town tomorrow and didn't notice right away. I ha e a house full of starving kids and am left figuring out what to do for dinner (my card was already charged) amd I decided to look up when you close... 1am, what couldn't you make my kids pizza? This is so frustrating. Seriously you didn't even have to deliver it.

I decided to order pizza last night and some breadsticks well I got 2 boxes one small and one large, I figured tye pizza was the big box as it was a large, nope! Got a small pizza that was supposed to be large but paid a lot for a large! If this is the new large then you'll never see me again!!??

For one when you call to place an order it's outsourced out of the country. And second I literally live 10 mins away and they don't deliver to my location. I bet they deliver 30 mins away elsewhere tho. Never buying Papa again.

We got the cookie pizza for a birthday celebration! It was super warm, gooey, giant, and everything you'd want in a giant cookie shaped like a pizza. The service was really quick for a take out order - and I will be returning to try it again.

I placed an order through Google and got some indy time to eat company somehow that then contracted the delivery to doordash and charged me $93 to deliver two pizzas to the wrong address. I won't ever be ordering from Papa John's again if I'm not given a full refund. 12 plus dollars for a service fee to deliver the food to the wrong address that I don't even understand how they got. I had to get up, get dressed, and drive to work to pick up the pizzas, then they were cold by the time I got home for 93 dollars. That's insane.

Called to place an order. What I did not know is that you don't speak to the store, you get transferred to a call center. The person took my card info over the phone but the card was declined. Odd. I go into the Papa John's and the manager said that the card was declined due to them being busy and that they do not take phone orders and it is outsourced overseas. A few days later, I now have credit card fraud on my card due to this call center. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Rude Management, when they messed up my order and I called them about it I was told it was my fault for ordering the pizza. They do not care about the customers, and papa johns corporate office told me they have heard this many time about that store but refuse to do anything about it. Do not use this one Drive anywhere else this food is bad, and the people are worse

I walked in to pick up a Pizza. Apparently it's OK to handle the phone, use the touch screen computer, and then handle the dough. ? Hard fail for me.

Hello all, I’m taking the time to post about the awful experience I had with this particular pizza place. As I was paying I happened to open my pizza box and seen it was made wrong. I notified the worker immediately and he showed absolutely NO type of desire to correct the issue but instead argued with me about the topping and kept ringing me up! Where is the customer service?? At the end I ended up paying for a pizza that I did not eat. I will never return to this particular establishment in fear of some kind of retaliation to my food. I hope the owner of this franchise sees this review so he/she can see what type of inexperienced people they have working for them, representing their name. I guess the old saying is true, “it’s hard to find good help”..
