Hello,Overall the food was below average but still edible, except the tomatoes; they were spoiled. By far, the worst part was Patelli's customer service. Once I got home, I noticed that the Gyro was missing the sauce, the lady who answered the phone offered to give me the sauce. I asked if they could replace the sandwich since it would be cold by the time I made two trips, and she said that they usually did not replace the whole sandwich but would replace the sauce. I find it unreasonable for them not to replace the sandwich, but I guess that's my opinion. The lady started to get a little snippy, so I disengaged and hung up. Simply put, they will not be receiving any future business from me. I attached a picture of the Gyro, it was dry!

Got the 2 hot dog combo, hot dogs were in poppy seed buns, crinkle fris were cooked perfectly, cup of cheese and they serve Pepsi products. I will definitely come back. Very clean place too.

Stopped in here today for a grilled chicken salad. I had heard they had good salads. The friendly boy at the counter took my order and said it would be right up. There were 2 people ahead of me by the way. I waited 25 minutes for my order and people that came in after me got their orders. Slowest service ever. I mean, it was a salad?For $8 it was pretty small and had about 1/2 chicken breast in it. It was however, tasty, but pricey. I would go back I suppose but would hope for faster service.

Convenient location. Super friendly customer service. Safe, distanced sitting if you like.If Portillos is good, then Patelli's is GREAT.Their Lenten fish is fantastic!Will definitely be back, and encourage other to spot. Absolutely worth it.

I was craving a great gyro and was not dissapointed! There was enough meat included with the gyro plate to make two stuffed gyros. Excellent tzatziki sauce

Local and black owned has great food and they are really good people( talked about Tennessee whiskey by black owned whiskey maker) on my favorite list.
If you are looking for a good, low to mid price place with a lot of options, this is the place. Not too fancy, but clean and neat. You order at the counter and they bring you the food. Big portions if you are hungry or plenty to share. I had the grilled veggies sandwich and fries. You can order all kinds of American and Greek food here.

This was our first time ordering from Patelli's and it is now a new favorite. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We ordered for pick up and the food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The chicken gyro meat was delicious and our 9.5 month old even ate some with ease. We can't wait to order from here again and try other delicious menu items.
