This place is amazing! The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. The coffee is amazing and so is the avocado toast! The shop is clean and has comfortable, aesthetically pleasing theme. A great place to work/study or hang out with a friend. Will be coming back again so soon!!!

The doughnuts are out of the world. It’s absolutely fresh, creative and delicious. Their coffee and toasts are equally delicious. Highly recommend the matcha and cacao on coco doughnuts and the Vietnamese coconut cold brew. Next time, I’ll sit down and enjoy the ambiance.

The first time I had a doughnut here, I vowed never to visit another doughnut shop...ever! If you love a good cake doughnut this is the place! Every flavor I've tried so far is great. Lately the nutella is my favorite. I purchased the Easter box for brunch. It did not disappoint. My husband and I try to visit at least once every weekend. He loves the caramel latte with a chocolate doughnut. Can't wait to try the avocado toast! Staff is super friendly and the service and atmosphere is warm and inviting.

I really like donuts. I have eaten a loooot of donuts in my lifetime, and Petit Three has some of the most unique, delicious donuts I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I was a little skeptical at first because I tend to favor yeast donuts and these are all cake, but they are made fresh throughout the day and are very soft. My favorites are the burnt and salty (don’t let the name throw you off, it is brown buttery goodness) and the orange burst. I also appreciate that P3 stays innovative by having new flavors rotate into their selection and has branched out to serve avocado toast. Their caramel latte with their house made caramel sauce is fantastic, and this is such a small detail that makes a big difference but I love that they stir the caramel in so that the flavor is evenly incorporated rather than sitting on the bottom of the cup creating a last minute undrinkable sugar bomb. I always look forward to whatever flavor combo P3 comes up with next, I know it’s going to be delicious!

Everything I’ve tried from here so far has been so good! I love that the donuts aren’t too sugary sweet and they offer some unique flavors! And everything is made from scratch! The caramel latte is perfection probably the best caramel latte I’ve had in awhile. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again to try everything else! Also super friendly staff and love how bright and inviting it is inside!
