On Sept 22 I placed an order thru the app was told 25-35 minutes wait which I placed order for a later time..got an alert that doordash was delivering my order never came..contacted door dash they took care of it they refunded pizza hut so they can refund me back. I always contacted pizza hut corp 5 times now and nothing ....been waiting for almost two weeks now and still have not got anything contacted the store and the manager who I have his name..called me a liar and said corp wouldn't let me get the refund and they did.then hung up on me .I wanted no stars

VERY DISAPPOINTED at the return of the New Yorker! This is a blanket comment and not one of a specific location. It tastes like the regular pizza. If I wanted that, I would have ordered that! I loved the previous crust , taste of the sauce, and pepperoni of the original New Yorker much better. I won't order this again.

My order was only ok. I had to call for my order and remind them that it was a delivery. They had it in the system for pick up, but I scheduled it online for delivery. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes for my order to be delivered from the time it was promised.

Horrible experience. Food was delivered 45 minutes late. Work meeting was basically over. Wouldn't provide a refund. Incredibly rude when trying to get it rectified.

Customer service uses ancient computer technology that continually had to reboot. Waited in line for over 15 minutes for a pre-ordered & pre-paid pizza. Asked the manager to hand out pizzas already tagged as 'paid' but he indicated he had to complete check-out in system & computer was down - can he write them down and complete check out after the computer reboots & let customers on way? By the time I got my pizza, although it was in the heat over, it was luke warm and mushy. The crust was doughy, it had been pulled too early from oven. Customers in line expressed this slow service is common.

Most ridiculous service. I placed an order at 6:00 PM. The order was for Curbside pick up. I got to the store at 6:45 and Called to let them know that I was out side. No one picked up and I noticed there were lot of people inside the store. I went inside and informed the guy that I was there to pick up the order and provided my name. He said I will be right back. There were 12 people waiting inside. I asked one of the customers waiting inside and he said he has been there since 45 min. After about 5 min. the employee comes to front and I showed him the app to tell him that it says the order is ready can you just look in the oven to let me know if my order is ready? Without saying anything he went back again for another 10 minutes. Other customers were also loosing their patience by now and the employee came in front again and I requested to just tell me if my order is ready or not so I can just go to Domino's His response was " You can go" No apology, no explanation of why order is not ready nothing. Now I know where to get my pizza from "Not this place"
