The service was amaze balls. This man that was black spilled his shake everywhere. His name is Matt and he was upset. They ended up cleaning the mess up and mopped the table. Overall mediocre experience and the food was good. Pickle wasn’t that great it was like a 6/10. I’m a pickle expert it was too girthy for

Manager didn’t serve me because I came too early for my mobile order but proceeded to serve people that were just walking in. He made me completely miss my lunch with no apology. Will not be back for a lunch break. I even tipped!! If you’re in a rush DONT GO

This was my first visit to Potbelly's a couple of days ago and I was not disappointed. I ordered a Smoked Ham with swiss on multi grain bread, 2 broccoli and cheese soups along with other items. I'm usually hesitant about processed meats but my sandwich was delicious. Going through the drive thru was painless as well. Order was correct. No issues.

I am unable to use gift card for online ordering, when tried to reach customer care.. there is no option at all.. all its allowing me is to leave feedback and no one will respond to the feedback.Worst customer service.

Much better than most of their popular competitors. The only complaint I have is when you go to pay you're prompted to leave a tip. I hate to sound petty but it's counter service and I'm sure these employees are paid fair wages. This is something I've been seeing a lot more of lately and it just makes things awkward. It should be outlawed!

Ordered two sandwiches due to promotion. Ordered avo turkey sandwiches and got two Cubano sandwiches of pulled pork, ham, Swiss, hot peppers, mustard and pickles! I will not eat that!! Also no cookies that were ordered. Completely ridiculous that when in drive thru they hand the wrong order.

Staff is very friendly. Great atmosphere. Has a drive thru which is just awesome because it takes time to heat the sandwiches. Perfect for take out or dining in. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Just be careful not to miss the location. It’s near 88 and you may pass it before you see it. It’s in the same parking lot as Lou Menotti’s pizza and small cakes. There’s usually a van for small cakes delivery or catering I guess but you’ll see that before anything else. Hope this helps!

Just WOW!! The "A WRECK" sandwich is so good. I had it 3 days in a row now. I wish they had this restaurant in PA!!!! Definitely go there . Be sure to order the "A WRECK"

Stopped in 9:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. Ordered at the drive through and was told that they didn't have shakes because they already cleaned the shake machine because they close at 10. That excuse was a little weak. If you're going to be open until 10 be open until 10. I ordered the steak sandwich and it tasted like they put several tablespoons of salt on the sandwich. The food was terrible, and the attitude went along with it! I won't be back. Probably won't be back to another Potbelly Sandwiches establishment after this experience. I'm not sure how this establishment made it through Covid..., they deserve no stars and 5 thumbs down!
