The manager at this location is absolutely amazing! She has a great attitude and treats everyone kindly and with a big smile on her face. I stopped by today (3/22 at 1pm) and they were short staffed and still she found a way to get every order out and on time.

This was my first and last visit to this Potbelly location. We had to wait a long for two sandwiches to be made. We ordered simple sandwiches (tuna & Mediterranean). The customers behind us in line got their two sandwiches before we did. They also still managed to mess up our order, and the tuna was ice cold, not fully cooked/toasted.

I purchase two sandwiches one was for roast beef which was tuff to chew. I immediately called the store and was told they would refund me two weeks ago. I am going to contact corporate and see if they can assist me. Going forward I won't ever purchase anything from Potbelly.

I asked for light hot peppers and they filled the top half of my sandwich with them. Even after taking off the hot peppers from my sandwich I couldn't finish it due to too much hot pepper oil. I love potbelly but this location is terrible.

They forgot the cookies in my order, when I called and told them, they told me they put them in there. Then offered to let me pick them up, but when I said I didn't have time to go back dude just hung up on me. Not a fan of rude people.

Very friendly staff, and very quick —ordered on the all at 8:41 pm and the order was ready when I got there at 8:53 pm, 7 minutes before close on a Saturday night.Mediterranean sandwich was good, but I was disappointed that the Wreck sandwich was cool in the center (hence the 4 stars), so I had to microwave it at home. Apple Walnut Chicken salad was very good, and portions in the Wreck/Salad combo were just right

Second time at this location and service was slow for being only two people in line. Food was good and environment was clean, but the girl at the register didn't really seem to care to be there or what, she spoke very softly and I had a hard time hearing her over the people seated there already. If you've got extra time to spare it's a good deal, but if you're in a time crunch you may want to reconsider. This was around noon on a weekday so can't speak towards other times.

My visit to this sandwich place left much to be desired. While the sandwich makers were pleasant, the person taking my order was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. It felt as though he considered taking our money and preparing a sandwich as a burden. This negative attitude significantly impacted the overall experience, making it hard to enjoy the delicious food they offer. I hope the management addresses these customer service issues soon, as it currently tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise decent sandwich joint.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at two Potbelly restaurants, one located in Ashwaubenon and another in Naperville, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of delightful. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find a satisfying selection of options to choose from, and the veggie sandwich I ordered at both locations exceeded my expectations. The quality of the bread and the fresh vegetables, including the addition of avocado, was simply outstanding. Each bite was a burst of flavors, and by the time I finished my regular-sized sandwich, I felt completely satisfied. Moreover, my children opted for the skinny sandwiches, which turned out to be perfectly portioned for a fulfilling meal. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff at both Potbelly restaurants. They were incredibly courteous and attentive, always ready to assist and make our dining experience enjoyable. The menu details were informative, helping me make the right choice without any confusion. Furthermore, the service was impressively fast, and I didn't have to wait for long, which is always appreciated, especially when dining with kids. What also impressed me about Potbelly was their commitment to the environment. The use of eco-friendly paper bags showcased their thoughtful approach towards our planet. It's refreshing to see a restaurant chain take proactive steps to minimize its environmental impact.Overall, I highly recommend Potbelly as an excellent restaurant chain to explore. From the delectable food to the attentive service and eco-conscious practices, they consistently deliver a wonderful dining experience. Whether you're a vegetarian or not, you're sure to find something to satisfy your taste buds. I look forward to returning to Potbelly in the future for another memorable meal.

Hands down, the best place to get a sub! I lived at 2265 Lincoln Ave, across from the original when Peter owned the only location! Back in 1989.They have held true to the original recipe ever since!
