Been coming to this location for many years. I'd take the days of people complaining about Sam any day. Too much has changed in the last couple of years as far as ingredients and taste for me to want to come back. I'm not a one pizza customer either. I'm usually taking a couple of pizzas, fries, wings, and whatever else I might need. Aurora needs a good pizza place...

Seems like night management at this location doesn't care about customer service. They mess up the order then can't give refund on the item they messed up or just didn't give with the order. Judging by the comments I've read as well this location is going down hill. There's been twice my chicken wings came in not with the right sauce (all hot wings when i asked for half bbq and half hot because one of my kids can't eat hot food) or the chicken simply wasn't given with the order even though it's part of a deal-- if it's part of a deal the chicken wings aren't free otherwise it would say free chicken wings with purchase of pizza-- management couldn't issue refund on chicken not received because she claimed "chicken wings are free in the deal, so what would the refund be? "-- then your deal should state that the chicken is free not that it's all for one certain lower price. Will not ever come to or call this location ever again.

A lot of pizza gives me vertigo, Rosati's does not. Good quality ingredients.
I bought an Italian Beef combination, juicey dipped hot peppers, with cheese, French fries, they screwed my order up forgot to ad peppers,, took my sandwich back to ad peppers, and forgot to dipp and ad Italian beef, when I went on lunch at work I opened my bag, and noticed it wasn’t what I ordered, wasn’t dipped and juicy and no Italian beef, she replied the women I’m assuming was a manager be cause I asked to speak with a manager, offered 5 credit, and wanted me to drive all the way from my job to exchange the sandwich that was supposed to be corrected the second time, I replied I can’t leave work for that, the lady at night that’s in charge was very rude, I replied this how your gonna start treating customers this year, never again, this establishment has dropped the ball on customer service, she needs to be fired, I can’t believe the new management is allowing this behavior and customers to spend there hard earn money to be unsatisfied, I will definitely let my friends and family no to don’t spend money here and spread the word, that there under new management and they don’t want our business,

Trust me I read the reviews and I thought maybe I would have better luck. I live close by and have wanted to make this my go to pizza place. But No. First the lady working there was super rude and that alone has put me off from ever ordering there.Pizza had no flavor( can you image that)If you are a person like me that likes to read reviews before going to a place these are pretty accurate. And yes I don’t know why they still have a location there. They should let a better pizza place take the spot. 2 stars because the pizza was hot but I live 1Minute away walking. And the soda was cold.

This place never makes sense. The order is always late. I have even gotten a call saying my order was ready and when I got there 10 minutes later I had to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn't actually ready. Just a terrible, terrible pizza location unlike one I've seen anywhere else. Incredibly disappointing because it shouldn't be this hard.
