I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and venti iced coffee. The bacon was slimy and white. Really…at least try to cook it. I ate 3 bites and threw it out. Coffee was bitter…again. Stop roasting your beans at an exceedingly high temperature—please!Starbucks does not specialize in brewing espresso or drip coffee. Starbucks specializes in branding—that’s it.There should be an option for negative stars bc that’s what they deserve.Over and out

The girl in the drive thru was super. Honestly I always enjoy my drive thru experiences and tasty coffees (they even get the perfect amount when I ask for light skim milk!).This location is the bees knees.

Unfortunately, they want to charge extra to fill your cup for an already pretty pricey drink that people want to get as a treat for themselves. Asked for no ice so that meant they could only give me 70% of the drink I payed for because they didn't want to use a little bit more milk to replace the empty space. It's a shame these new policies are just methods to make you spend more, this used to be my favorite place to get coffee.

Edit 12/7/23: Enough time has passed since reopening for them to get their act together, but alas, they have not. All "tried and trues" have left, and many are working at the Oak St location (hint: go there! Worth the extra five minutes!) The staff is slow and at times incompetent. Mobile orders aren't started until you get there and tell them your name. Drinks are not filled to the top or made correctly. The new design of the store is terrible...no place to sit/work, constant congestion and pushing near the door, etc. For the amount you pay for a Sbux order, nothing is worth it at this location. After 14 years, I'm done. Oak St is my new location.Unbelievable example: I was ordering in the cafe and wanted a fruit and cheese box. In every one, the apples were brown, mushy, and some had what looked like white mold on items. I told the shift manager, and instead of apologizing, offering a substitution, etc., she made excuses about how it's not the employees' fault, shipping something or other, etc, etc. Then, SHE LEFT THEM ALL IN THE COOLER!? Basically the attitude of, "deal with it- pick something else if you're hungry." This was NOT the first time this employee treated a situation in a similar, excuse-making fashion.New staff is a bit inconsistent, and the wait has become pretty insane, even if you order ahead. But when the tried-and-trues are working, this place runs smoothly!

I have been coming to this place for 5 years, and I have never encountered such an ignorant person. I asked for a hot chocolate, and he gave me a mocha, I told him this is coffee, and since the sign outside said chocolate, he started to harass me. The woman named Luna claimed that it said hot chocolate there, I told her but it has mocha inside, look and she said no, it said cholocate there, I told her try it and claiming that it said chocolate there, I opened it and told her, look, it's mocha and she continued with the same thing and He started to speak in Spanish and I answered him in Spanish and seeing that he didn't want to change my drink I said okay give me my other drink and my brownie that I was missing and that he didn't he started yelling and I also told him now just give me the rest that you got I asked, she said that's not the case and she closed the window and I was still missing things, and well I had to wait and they all gathered inside looking at me ugly as if it was my fault that they made me a bad drink, and even at the end it was not like it I was moving, another one came out and told me what I needed, I told her I'm waiting for my brownie, and the people in the back were angry, I no longer wanted to tell her that they gave me my drink mall, because the Moon got angry claiming that it said unoiled chocolate that What was inside was bad. Luna pay attention to what the client asks of you and if the client tells you that the drink is bad, pay attention and don't argue that it's stupid.

I’m sorry but the older woman at the window with the short blonde hair.. name starts with an L. She’s messing up the Starbucks vibe here. Not friendly at all with a nasty demeanor every time. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that allowed an employee to act this way with costumers. Giving Starbucks a bad name here. On the upside whoever made my drink it was delicious.
