I wouldn’t even give this place a one star, probably THE WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The staff is very rude, and the location is completely understaffed. Takes about 30 minutes to just get your food. There is no way to place your order with a human being inside the location. No one will even direct you to order through the kiosk. They close their dining hours at whatever time they want, regardless of posting a time of 8pm on their door.

Worst customer service ever! AFTER standing in line waiting for our turn got to the front, started to order, and they told us they were closed! NO other customers behind us. They just took the order of the people in front of us. Would not serve us. Obviously they could care less about us as their customers. We will oblidge them and spend our money elsewhere.

I went to taco Bell and ordered two $5 chalupa boxes or so I thought. The employee didn't tell me they were $7.99 until after she made the drinks and told me the total. So I waited for the food and a girl and her mom came to the receiving end because their order was wrong. A girl employee came out of the kitchen holding food from my orders and she grabbed the box they had, CROSS CONTAMINATING FOOD FROM STRANGERS WITH OURS. She gave whatever food she had forgotten to them and then 5 minutes later came out with my order. I got food poisoning and am throwing up now. Do not go here!! Young girls who are working and are not following food safety rules. They need to be educated and retested!!!
