Great food... wish they gave chips. Young lady provided excellent service and managed a lot of orders - take out and eat in. Awesome job!

We ordered 3 quesadillas, 2 tacos, 1 burrito, 2 orders of rice, chips, and guacamole. We received all items, except the guacamole. Why? Why would listening and writing down an order pose any problems? We will NEVER order food from them again.See you later, alligator.

These are the worst tacos I have ever eaten in my life, the tortillas taste bad and break when you fold them, the meat has little seasoning and the sauces are also somewhat tasteless, I have not been to this place for almost 2 years, I will definitely not return Never, the Jalisco tacos from Lake st. They are 1000 times better.

Food was mid they haven't changed anything inside the restaurant for over 20years now. It's expensive I would choose somewhere else to go too from now on for that $$...

Didn’t even get to get anything lol, arrived at 9:20 and the ladies asked if I had a pickup order, told them I wanted to order and sit and they said I would only be able to stay and eat for 15 minutes!

For over a decade this was my favorite place in Aurora to get chicken tacos. Sadly the taste/quality of the tacos as dramatically declined and the prices ave sky rocketed over the past three years. The once aromatic, well seasoned, and tender chicken is no more instead a drier, blander, tougher chicken as replaced it. Essentially it competes with the bland Ponchos and Taqueria El Tio neither authentic Mexican restaurants, the former the brainchild of a retired cop, the latter of a construction worker from CA looking to supplement his income in the winter season. The lack of cooking experience is reflected in the food. I still go there to meet-up with visiting friends out of convenience but my once 3-4 taco a bit as been replaced with my merely picking at one taco now. I noted my friends are less enthusiastic too so we will probably look elsewhere in the future. The decline is obvious. Customer service as greatly declined with the change over in employees, the warmth and friendliness is gone and with it the once charm of a once venerable hole in the wall. The High street location has better food which is sad as it is a step down from the quality of what the Galena location once offered. I never was a fan of the pompous Lake St location.

I've been coming to this location for years. It was one of my favorite Taco joints. The past couple of times I started to notice changes. Different employees and also the food wasn't the same. I thought it was me but after a few visits I realized that the food is not the same. The service has also changed. No one is ever at the front register. You always have to stand there until someone decides to come to the front. I normally order pastor and every time I go they get worse. Very dry no flavor. This time I ordered Carne Asada and it was horrible. The meat was soggy. As if they boiled it not fried. The tortillas were dry normally they are heated in a-little bit of oil and most of all no flavor. I was able to eat them but I had to force feed myself on the last one. Sad to say I wouldn't be going back. What a shame. This place was on my top places locally for Pastor Tacos now it doesn't even make my list.

I got a taco dinner. I waited around 10-15 minutes for it in the store. The food was cold and tasted really bad. These are probably the worst tacos I had in my life. I couldn't even get myself to eat them, I threw them out. I also got a horchata and I personally like mine really cold and this one was room temperature.
