Im a regular here. No body is at the front counter ever! Food i orderAllways take more than shoord to give out to customer..they are allways out of items sauces baked potato coke soda in soda machine when i go there!!! I asked for a refill no coke in machine not a surprise they allway out of something .the lady starts yelling at me because i told her to refill in the same cup..maybe this way you dont run out cups!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Laura is manager..irene . Bad employees !

Shout out to this Wendy's... this experience was so bad that I might not ever eat fast food again. Restaurant needs a power wash, the other diners were borderline scary, and the order was botched. Then, the food was the worst possible version of Wendy's that you could imagine. Dave would be disappointed.

Walked in, only to sit there for 5 minutes at the counter waiting to be acknowledged. Another customer stated he was waiting for Over 10 minutes for his order. Might want to think about getting workers who care about their customers and not their phones.

Any 5 star reviews are bots. We two mobile orders for dine in. They “lost” my wife’s order, then took 15-20 minutes to make our food. My fries came out wrong so I went to the counter and waited so long that my chicken sandwich got cold and my frosty melted. Do not come to this location. Drive to the Naperville Wendy’s. They actually make good food and have never messed up my order. It’s worth the 30 minute drive.

Had to repeat myself four times just for one sandwich the person that took the order could speak good English and couldn’t understand what I was saying then when I got to the window I had to ask for the rest of my order cause it wasn’t

Went to go get food through a drive through and the lady just saying only doordash only. Wouldn't say anything else just being rude. Seriously a joke from last night's service since couldn't even order unless I order doordash.

Walked in an interview and told the manager I was there for an interview to be told right away that they’re not hiring. If they weren’t hiring then why is google and every job site I’ve been on stating that they’re hiring. But get denied or get the chance to be interviewed just told be the manager “Dion” “oh well we’re not hiring at this moment I’ll give you a call in two or three weeks” if that was the case why couldn’t he give me a call or txt stating they’re not hiring.

Drive thru was taken care of well, I'd say. We were not in th drive thru. 1 order at a time at the counter, very slow to get that order filled. Once that order was filled,they would take the next order. Person taking order would disappear back around the drive thru window. Dave and Wendy would be disappointed as we're my son and myself. Would probably not return to this location.
