This was the normal White Castle but it was a mess. When I got my burgers, I had Onion pieces all over my boxes boxes were soggy. And look like they've been wet and reused it was not the normal White Castle experience. The place was messy and look like it hadn't been cleaned

Only one person taking orders. Had to wait at speaker for a good 5-8 min.. Finally, drove up to window. Very frustrating. Felt bad for the woman working by herself. A mgr should be there covering that shift with her!!!

Drive thru received all cold food. Had to wait another twenty minutes for old, barely onions on sliders. The onions are what make the burgers. Additionally, what happened to the taste of meat, or is it meat? Leaves a nasty taste on your tongue. Bring back original recipes. You should check how long before your grill needs cleaning in between and season the onions

Theeeeeeeeee longest wait for an order just for them to forget one of my sliders and left out the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks I ordered. I waited in the drive through so long that I decided to just go in. Wrong decision but I could see why it takes so long for orders. The location is pure slow motion chaos. The kitchen staff were doing their best but the manager totally mismanaged the restaurant. The frustration mixed with eff it was clear on their faces. Back to the manager, she too was trying but where she lacked leadership she doubled down in power tripping! It was a pathetic operation. I’m sorry but almost 30-45 minutes for a small order is completely unacceptable

Will not return here. We went to the drive thru on a Sunday between 11am and 12. We were the only car in the line and only about 3 other cars in the parking lot. The food took wey too long. When I asked the female employee what the reason was, she rudely said they had to start the grill and shut the window. Only one of the drive thru window's was open. The same rude employee was handling food and money.
