I eat most meals out but very seldom review. Just not a thing I do but this was too exceptional not to share.Only 2nd time here even though 1st experience was really good and it isn't far away.Server, I think was Cheryl and her service and personality was terrific. They serve warm, crusty bread with a dipping sauce that is awesome and addictive.I had the Prawns (6 nicely steamed) with Rapini on bed of Mostaciolli in a delicious Aglio/Ohio sauce.A huge plate, enough for two and only $23!A premium dish at very affordable price.A fabulous dining experience. One of the best in many years.Parking: Easy street parking

We had a reservation tonight at 730 for 2. The waitress kept mentioning how busy they were, but there were quite a few empty tables, and many folks were then finishing meals and ordering desserts. The house salads were just small plates of chopped lettuce, cold from the fridge. The drinks were ok, but no one refilled our waters or refreshed our bread. It then took over an hour and ten minutes to get our pasta dinners. Our waitress came by to say that our meals still were not ready and she suggested we talk to the manager, which we declined at that moment. We thought about leaving and almost went somewhere else for a quick pizza. The manager herself finally served our food without explanation except to imply that all was well given a busy kitchen. We thought that the chef and waitstaff might have quit and left them shorthanded. The attitude from the manager was arrogant and indifferent. There was no explanation except a busy kitchen, which we were hard pressed to believe. They offered no apology, not to mention a free dessert or a round of drinks. It’s tough to run a restaurant with an unfriendly and apathetic manager. I wonder what is happening behind the scene at Ciao Baby.

Small but cozy. Really busy for a weekday. Tried most of the small plates/appetizers. Most of them were very good, the burnt pasta was good but filling.

Warning: The prices on the online menu are not correct, and have not been updated even after I have informed them. If ordering pickup, go ahead and double whatever price you see so you're not surprised when you pay and double check everything you ordered is in your bag, last time they forgot my drink. Also, if you have a giftcard...the system may not work, but this is supposed to be in the process of being fixed. We have dined in multiple times for lunch; the food is good, the service is lacking. There is only ever about 2 people working at a time, so expect to spend 1 - 1.5 hours here for lunch.

The service was so bad that we had to leave after 90 minutes without getting our food. When we sat down at 7 PM on a Saturday night, they were out of at least a dozen items on their menu. It took 45 minutes to get our calamari appetizer. There were several problems with the calamari - it was overcooked, the Pomodoro sauce didn't have much flavor, and for some reason it came with a thin slice of lemon instead of wedges. After waiting another 45 minutes we cancelled the entrees. Their "apology" when we walked out was that they had a large catering order earlier in the day. No offer to "make things right" or please come back another time or anything. Also, the dirty dishes on the table next to us were never cleared. They obviously didn't care.

Appetizers came out cold, Waited a very long time for the entrees and they were awful. Eggplant had a lot of breading and Big chunks of cheese, very heavy I couldn't eat it. The three other people I was with all hated their food. Save your money, Go elsewhere.

Burnt pasta. Their specialty and worth ordering either for the table or entree.I was there for a luncheon today. Kira, our server was so attentive and Nancy, the manager, was always checking on us. Quite a variety of food ordered, to many to mention, but tasted by me, and delish.
