It's truly unfortunate that this is the only dunkin in the area. We come in here quite often and every single time, the one lady (lady in charge we assume) is ALWAYS rude. No need to raise your voice at me when I couldn't understand you the first time. Now today, we got the show of a life time. Looked like a family dynamic gone wrong. Two "women" having a screaming match right in front of us. She couldn't stop yelling long enough to finish our order. Something needs to be done here or someone needs an attitude adjustment if you're going to work in customer service.

The women that looks like the manager (she expressed that have more that 10 years working there).She was rude and screaming to me when i turn back my drink because she make it Cold instead or Hot. Then she skip ingredients for my second drink and taste reallyyy BAD and i had to throw it away.Honestly it was a Waste of energy, money and time. I have been visiting Dunkin’s everyday and they always confirm and asked how you want your drink. Never coming back. Awfull experience and unpleasant customer service.

Bad service and I ordered coffee and a couple hours later I was very Sick, I took no other food before or after. I’m pretty sure I was food poisoned. I definitely got bad vibes upon entering this location, And my son has previously told me they were being rude to him for no reason I’m definitely calling corporate on them I was sick for two days.

The service there is very good and I love there donuts and workers but my one complaint is that sometimes when I order a egg and cheese wrap they make it way too crunchy

I wanted to surprise my family with a box of donuts I was so happy to come to this location for the first time , there was plenty of parking in front of the location, as soon as I entered, I was greeted by a young lady of Indian descent, she smiled to me and made me feel comfortable She recommended different donuts and all were fresh and delicious I will come back, thank you so much

workers were extremely rude and yelled at me when I asked a simple question while ordering my drink and told me I cannot change what I wanted before the order was even finalized. Would not recommend this location at all considering they didn't even make my drink correctly and my hash browns were cold as well.

I ordered an ice cream cake online from Baskin Robins at this location. Picking up the cake was super easy. There is a parking lot to pull into. Inside, they quickly got me the cake from the back, and then I was on my way! I would definitely recommend ordering a cake online and picking up from this location for birthdays, holidays, etc.
