Perfect pie! We had a picnic with this strawberry pie and it was delicious and kept well in the box while we were heading there. The baker was very nice and gave me some utensils and napkins! You need to order the day before but it’s worth it.

Our first order with Andrew and everything was beyond perfection! The ingredients are super fresh and the pies are baked to perfection! We had Cherry Pie , the Apple Pie and the Quiche. Words cannot describe what a gem Ela Bonelllla is. I have had baked goods all over the world, and Andrew delivers a world class product. Do yourself a big favor and order yourself a treat! Ordered the Chicken Pot Pies which were delicious. There are east-to-follow prep and cooking directions which I neglected to follow. Instructions included placing the assembled pies over a parchment lined tray which I forgot to do, and a small amount of pie ingredients bubbled over landing on my oven surface and baked there. Completely my error and I won’t neglect that step again.

Just came across this place and have been very interested in trying it out. Went up knocked on the door the owner came out open the door partially and said "what do you want it's my busiest day of the year". I said I'd like to buy a pie . He said "I can't sell you anything I'm sold out and slammed the door in my face". Doesn't bode well for a new company... wow whatever happened to hospitality and taking care of customers
