Gigi holds such a special place in our hearts! The night my fiancè proposed we came here to celebrate! He called ahead and told them what we were celebrating and they went above and beyond to make it special! Flash forward a few months we came back to celebrate 5 months until our wedding and AGAIN the staff here made us feel so special! We had THE best food and drinks and the staff was amazing! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Went there for dinner tonight. Our server, Mike, was outstanding! Great atmosphere! We were greeted warmly right away from the host. Everyone was super friendly! The food was absolutely incredible! Our server had great suggestions and we loved everything we had! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!

Wow! This place is incredible! I feel like I was transported to the new cool hangout in Chicago. Went in on a Saturday night and the place was packed with happy customers. The waitstaff was attentive, super friendly, and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. I was so pleased to see their large selection of champagne/bubbles with affordable options available by the glass. We enjoyed oysters, beat salad, lobster risotto, steak fritze, and the cobbler for dessert. Cannot recommend enough!

What a cute hidden gem this place is! The beautiful blue exterior made us come but the amazing food and service made us stay! The staff was very friendly but our server, Alex made us feel right at home. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered any questions we had, along with giving us his favorites. My sister and I wanted to try this place out and so glad we did. Gigi's is a 10/10 and did not disappoint! Will definitely be back to try some more items! ?

Went on a weeknight, since weekends are pretty booked, as the new place is very popular! I am still craving the caesar salad, the mustardy dressing was out of this world. The lightly breaded walleye pike, served on a tasty sauce base, was equally great. Nice, reasonably priced vino. Can't wait to go back!

Sean the lead bartender is amazing. He creates the best custom cocktails that aligns to your meal beautifully. The ambiance and energy at Gigi’s is unmatched in the Barrington area and the menu is always changing and evolving. Can’t reccomend it more!

wow! great service, knowledgeable of the menu, cocktails and of course the wineee, our reservation was pushed back a little bit due to how busy it was on a saturday night but well worth the wait. the food was delicious, and got to our table promptly. we hung out out the bar the last little bit and service was still impeccable and saw many smiles from employees which is always a good feeling when you're out.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere makes you want to come back time and again. Drinks are one of kind. Highly recommended to anyone on date night or just hanging out with friends.

We had a wonderful date night at Gigi's. The steak frits was on par with what we had in Paris. The atmosphere reminded us heavily of a European restaurant. All the staff were very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. We found our go to date night restaurant in Barrington!

My wife and I went to celebrate Valentine's Day. As another reviewer mentioned, nothing was said to acknowledged this (so not sure why they bother asking if you're celebrating a special occasion when making a reservation). We had difficulty hearing our waitress as the ambiance is rather loud. And while she was nice, she forgot to put in our order. Additionally, when asking for a wine recommendation from the bartender (pointing out that I was between two specific options), I was told that I was looking to have my opinion validated and that he was very busy, so he'll just bring us the first option I was considering. Very rude and off putting, putting a sour note on the rest of the evening. While the food was pretty good, we won't be returning for another visit.
