Placed order for a party. They canceled 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. Such horrible business practices. I am not ordering from here again.

Hope you don’t mind waiting over an hour. Placed an online order, waited 25 minutes and went to the restaurant. When I get there they try to find my order. Couldn’t find it. Show them the screen of my phone. Notice the server then go to the receipt printer and grab a couple of tickets off it. Went back downstairs and then came back up to tell me there was a “mix up” with my order. I know they didn’t even send the order down to the kitchen at this point. Told me it would be another 40 minutes. Nope. It’s already past 8 at this point. No offer of any compensation or discount to make up for it. Either wait or cancel my order. Easy choice.In replying to the owner here, DoorDash specifically told me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Which is why I arrived at that time. Additionally, the server made it pretty clear that nobody actually pulled my order from the register. At no point was I irate or rude to the staff. When he came back and told me it would be another FORTY or FIFTY minutes from the 30 that had already elapsed at this point, this is when I decided to cancel my order. Stop making excuses for a mistake that your establishment clearly made. It would have been honestly better if you’d owned up to it and said, “Oops, I’m sorry, but nobody actually pulled your order from the DoorDash system; we can prioritize your order and compensate you with such and such for your inconvenience.” Your lack of customer service means I will tell as many people as possible to avoid your restaurant.

Great pizza! Picked up both a stuffed and pan pizza tonight and they were both phenomenal! Will definitely be back!

Wow! An authentic, 100% legitimate BBQ joint. Started with the grilled wings, then had the 14-hour smoked brisket and both were fantastic. Also offered are pizza, ribs, pulled pork, tacos filled with these meats + fish. Even a vegan/vegetarian can enjoy the great ambiance here with a couple of taco choices. The super friendly staff, the prompt service, AND the available spirits complete this dining experience. Well done!
