Multiple orders from this location and the food is cold every time. They won’t listen to the customer to resolve the issue. They’re over priced and produce a substandard product - it’s clear this location doesn’t take pride in their product nor value customer satisfaction in the slightest. Will never go here again.

It's so nice stopping into Rosatis to order a slice of pizza or two for the kids. They could eat pizza everyday of the week. My wife and I split a giant Italian beef and cheese sandwich served on garlic bread. They put it in the oven until the cheese was slightly toasted brown. The Giardiniera is really good!!!

Ordered on a Sunday night a week ago. Pizza was delivered looking like it had been dropped several times. A total mess. Order taker hung up in the middle of giving directions. When call was made to complain about the messed up Pizza, all manager was willing to do was a $5.00 discount on another order. Pizza with delivery and tip was $45.00

Haven't been to Rosatis in a minute.. We have been going to Primo next door ?We ordered a 18" pizza, wings, and a big salad from Rosatis today, and they knocked it out of the park! Excellent pizza! Excellent Wings! Excellent salad!Very friendly staff.We'll be back soon!

I’m originally from the NW Chicago area. Rosatis in Schaumburg was a staple in my home. I loved it so much my buddies would prank me with pickup orders that had anchovies and I’d plow that pie. I moved to LA over 10 yrs ago. Needless to say the pizza there is not up to snuff. So I just day dream of Chicago tavern style and the occasional deep dish pie. I come home every now and again and Rosatis is a must. Always great, but I got a hot tip from a local gym teacher that Barrington’s was the bees knees. Let me tell you they did not disappoint. This was one of the best pies I’ve ever had. I dropped to my knees and weeped over the extra cheese and perfect sausage balls I was delivered today. Don’t even think twice….call this Rosatis and get ready to feel warm and fuzzy inside. This pie slaps. Thank you Rosatis of Barrington. I can die a happy clam.
Worst service ever. The way I was treated by the rude person at the register when I went to pick up my pizza has cost me their business. Forever. I ordered a pizza and had an online coupon on front of me for $5 of an order of $25. I asked the person I ordered from if I needed to order online to use it. he said no, he would take the $5 off my order. When I went to pick up the pizza the person at the register was rude, condescending and cost Rosatis everywhere, my business. She refused to honor the coupon. She said it had expired and that there was no record of anyone saying they would note it on the order. I asked for the person who took the order. She said he left already. I asked to talk to the manager. She said that was her. I asked to talk to the owner. She said she was in charge and they would not honor it even though it clearly states on their site that it is $5 off $25. I told her it wasn't the $5, it was her attitude, how she treated me and her lack of respect, or willingness to work with me or let me talk to her supervisor. I am attaching the photos of the site I had in front of me when I ordered. I will choose another of the many pizza places near me next time - Pizza Factory, Sergios, NeoTeca, ANYWHERE but Rosatis.
We ordered a pizza and a beef sandwich online to share on a recent trip and were able to pay online with convenience! The pizza was absolutely amazing ? their sausage is crave worthy and it was ready when we got there ☺️ the only problem we had was that we ordered a sandwich too and they didn't bother to call and tell us they were out of beef and were unable to make half of what we ordered. There are several locations and we would have chosen another location. Super frustrating ? we went to the next location 13 minutes away and got a delicious beef sandwich!
