Place was recommend to us from some friends. I was so impressed with the food and quality of the pasta! Our service was however a bit slow when it didn’t seem very busy. Prices were very fair, everyone was still very nice. We will try again!

Yesterday was my last time dinning in this restaurant. I was coming to this restaurant with friends and family for 2 years on average once every 2 weeks. check your bill !! one time I paid $60 for a salad !! my wife want back and received a $30 gift card and waited 30minutes waiting for it. People make mistakes but this was the 3rd time the bill was not correct. Yesterday my kids did not get kids meniu prices and the waitress was rude and told my wife she has to go to the bar to get the special prices for drinks . Well this did it I want to enjoy my dinning experience from start to finish.

Great Italian spot and top notch service. Shot out to Kyle our waiter. The lobster Ravioli main course, the Formaggio for desert and cocktails. Finally, the water at the restaurant was just pure.
This is my wife's and my favorite restaurant to eat in this area. I tried a lot of things off their menu, and their food just left me speechless. They were all great!! From seafood to pasta, pizza, and desert. They are one of my top favorite restaurants ever. You have to try them out, and you'll find out.

A Thousand Saturdays
We celebrated my mom’s 87th birthday and were treated like the most important guests in the restaurant. The host immediately recognized the occasion and at the end of our meal, sent 5 desserts to our table on the house! The food we ordered was all totally amazing. Highly recommend the braciole and the branzino! Just a wonderful experience and my mom felt so special.

We have been to ZaZa's several times and liked the food, but we won't be going back. We brought friends and booked an early reservation to avoid the rush. Our waitress seemed okay at first but not after the restaurant began getting busier. We had wine, appetizer, salad and soup with our entrees. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and all entrees came out at the same time, but the eggplant was cold inside and had obviously been reheated. It took awhile to get the waitress attention, and she offered to have it heated up but the rest of the party was half done by that time. After nearly a half hour, she told me ahead of time would be bringing it out soon. I had watched everyone else at the table eat their meal and I had only had bread and a piece of bruschetta so told her to wrap it up. She didn't apologize but said she would bring a free dessert. I said it wasn't necessary but thought she would ask what dessert I wanted. No, a large tiramisu was brought out with 4 spoons and she walked away. My husband and I don't like tiramisu so our friends had part of it. As we were leaving a waitress said something about what happened and was laughing as though it was funny. Now I have eggplant parmigiana that I can warm up for the third time at home.

Food is always amazing! Chicken parm and lobster ravioli are always wonderful. The kids got pizza this last time, and it was very cheesy and huge for 1 person!The adult beverages are the only part of dinner that we are constantly disappointed with. Which is a bummer, the old fashions are not well made.Our service has always been wonderful, helpful, and fast!

One star for the ambiance. Our first time here. We were seated at 6:00 at a booth in the low lit bar. My attention was drawn to the standup triangle with "small plates" so I ordered 2. It wasn't until the calamari was served we realized it wasn't a small plate so I clarified with the waiteees that I ordered the small plates. She said that was only for Happy Hour. We didn't know that but the menu was on the table. We missed the fine print in the low lighting... Bruschetta was bland.

The soup came shortly before dinner and I had to ask for it. The response for waiting for everything was that the kitchen was backed up even though the restaurant was 3/4 full. One of our entrees was wrong but we didn't want to wait for them to fix it and another meal was not cooked as ordered. We waited too long for dessert and once again we were told the kitchen was backed up. We cancelled dessert and asked for the check. We won't be back again!

Has a lot of potential. Seems there's a staff bickering and arguing problem - not everybody is on the team, some unhappiness. This 100% comes directly from poor management/leadership by example and ownership. Things were slow, really slow, even though no customers when we arrived. Waiter kinda ignored us, at times, enough so it was two hours instead of 1.5 hours for three of us. Food was above average to good, select items were excellent. Again, it has a lot of potential.
