Everything was good the food was impeccable, it's just that a lady kept getting mad at us for not picking up a number, but we apologized and she still kept going off on us even after we apologized. The inside was crowded at the time of writing this review but the outside was very open and it felt nice to be in the outdoor sitting area.

On March 8th at 7:15 pm, I placed an order for 3 Simple Mini Mixers through Drive Drive. Despite waiting patiently behind 2 cars, I realized the cars in front had vanished while those behind me were already leaving with their orders. After waiting a bit longer with no staff appearing, I called the main number at 7:25 pm (after 10 mins of waiting), understanding that they might have become overwhelmed and forgotten about my order. When I reached out, they seemed unaware of my situation until I provided the number displayed on my windshield. They admitted they had forgotten and promptly brought out the order. Despite being late and the cold weather, I didn't make a fuss. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that all the mixers had completely melted. I immediately called to voice my complaint, and they suggested bringing them back for remaking. Due to the cold weather, I postponed the return. Today, on April 7th, around 7:02 pm, I returned and spoke to the manager named Christine (Chris). From her initial demeanor, it seemed apparent she wasn't inclined to assist with the issue. After searching through some records, she claimed she couldn't find anything and asked whom I had spoken to. I couldn't recall. As I explained the situation, my frustration grew, and although I was prepared to purchase new items without the credit, she remained steadfast in her refusal to assist. I inquired about filing a complaint, to which she responded by saying she had contacted someone who informed her that she couldn't reissue new items without knowing whom I had spoken to that night. I am including my receipts and call log as evidence to demonstrate that my account is genuine. For the sake of a few bucks, they have now lost a nearby customer whose child had a penchant for Culver's frozen custard. While it may be a longer drive to Andy's, I have decided never to patronize Culver's again.

Best fast food burger around! And the battered cod rivals any you'd get in a pub or other sit-down restaurant. Love the frozen custard as well!

Service is always quick and accurate. I go out of my way to come to this location specifically when I am craving Culver's. My favorite item is the spicy chicken sandwich.
WORST CULVERS EVER!!! I’ve been going to Culver’s since high school….. NEVER EVER in almost 25 years have I heard that if you want to redeem a receipt for a free scoop of ice cream you have to take the receipt to the same location you got food from…… the manager Christina went out of her way to deny me ice cream that was already made….. so either the ice cream melts or you throw it away……. I saw a previous review from 2 months when you did the same thing…. Epic Management Fail Christina - be less petty and more better tomorrow.

We like Culvers.. we tried the burger with the big cheese curds on it. It was really good..hubby got a double. My absolute favorite is the pretzel bites with cheese..
