I was a little skeptical about new ownership of BG's and how it would change things. BUT! I was so wrong! Nothing really changed, the staff was talkative, fun and quick to serve. We were there for a pre-reunion to our class reunion and with the karaoke going strong, we all had a blast and I even have plans to keep heading up there for the fun!
It's ok, there are evidently new owners? So probably a few kinks to work out, as with any new business. KJ tended to let one person sing multiple songs in a row while there was a large que of people waiting and new singers that never got in. That wasn't very cool. Even offered a tip to help move up, yet the same person sang 3x in a row. It's a good place, management just needs a few kinks to work out. I'm sure it will get better. My favorite place to go for any event or special occasion. BG and the staff are always very welcoming and eager to help in anyway they can. Highly recommend BG Karaoke Saloon for any fun night out on the town.
