I ordered via GrubHub and my salad was soggy from it being placed on top of the pizza... Not the establishment's fault. Before I had a chance to explain that to whoever answered the phone she got so defensive and didn't give me a chance to explain that my salad was just thrown together. I had some not so nice choice words for how rude she was being. I really had to really dig and toss it to find any of my veggies in the salad. Then I open the pizza up and it looks like cardboard. WOW. $37 for garbage and crappy hospitality. Toodles from North East Ohio!

By far my favorite pizza place. Everyone is friendly, the food has always been amazing.I remember the first deep dish we got from them and the owner was so proud of it and showed me it before he cut it.Best deep dish, best thin crust, best pizza overall!

They're authentic italian owners and ways go out of their way to be kind. I ordered from grubhub to be delivered to st charles because I was craving their food and the owner personally delivered the food and was friendly and made conversation and even though the door was locked he tried to hand deliver it to my apartment door (lol) very nice and authentic. I know they have been looking for work help as well !
