Domino's in Batavia, Illinois should be ashamed of themselves, been a long time customer, I have literally spent hundreds of dollars at this location, until recently when I went to pick up an order and was told I needed to pay 1$ per every packet of Parmesan cheese packet I asked for. What a damn shame. I will never go to this location or any for that matter if this is real. How can you try to charge money for a free condiment? Very unhappy with my last experience.

I feel bad I know workers were short staffed but after going through the reviews, this seems to be common. Placed my order for delivery at 6pm it stayed in the prep stage for about 50 minutes then finally moved to the bake stage and then was on its way to get delivered around 7pm. On arrival we were missing our cheesy breadsticks and cinnamon twists but we got the sauces for each of those. So they delivered a pizza with a cup of icing?? Let’s use our brains here…So I called , was on hold 3 minutes, hung up tried calling back to place another order to see if I can get through to somebody went right through to a call center, they then transferred me back to the store to talk to someone, sat on hold for about another five minutes, miraculously, a coupon showed up in my email stating that they messed up our order even though I hadn’t even talk to anybody so they knew already, so I then sent my husband to go and pick up our food since the cheesy breadsticks were his main dinner, I waited on hold for 22 minutes while my husband drove to the store and still no one ever answered. If you cannot adequately staff this location especially on the weekends it should be closed down.

Driver got lost, only to hand me an incomplete order. After informing them it was incomplete, I was told to expect the error to be corrected. The error was never corrected. Just go to Little Caesar’s instead worst case. If not riverside is the best pizza around. Edit: Despite their response below this location did nothing to resolve the issue even after making the suggestion to email them

Don't order on Sundays. Pizza took well over an hour for delivery and was under cooked. They give you a free pizza coupon via email but it's not worth ordering again.

I had heard a few years back they improved their recipe and decided to give them a try again after many years. I guess it was all hype. I ordered a thin crust and hand tossed pizza and both were worse then anything you can buy frozen. The thin was especially bad since it was a bit burn and as thick as potato chip. Neither seemed to have any sauce on them. Very dry and tasteless. I guess I know where not to go now. Pay a little more and get something that tastes good and has more substance to it.

My original time to be delivered was 42-52 minutes. After waiting over 50 minutes I called and spoke to Alexis supposedly manager he said it would still be another 35 minutes for deliver. I told him my confirmation did not say that. He then said I needed to call first before placing a delivery order, which I had never heard of. Besides waiting 1.5hr for my delivery looks like the sauce on my wings were just thrown on.

After multiple attempts to order pizza from the particular location I give up. My calls are routed to a call center who has no history of my previous order. They always charge 4-5 dollars more than when I used to order directly from the main store. The call center agents rarely get my order correct and they don't make note of the fact that we have 2 very protective dogs. I tell them to make sure that the driver does not ring the doorbell because it sets my dogs off. The net effect? No more pizza from Domino's although I will miss their pizza, not their call center.

Nah you get one chance you realize you aren’t the only pizza place for miles right? I can give my money to at least three other places very close to this location. It’s pizza it’s not a specialty, be aware of what you selling. I can go and buy probably 6 pizzas from woodmans to equal 2 of yours. Nah ya done! No more!

Not rating this over the pizza.. i'm rating this because of an unsafe driver. Lisence plate was 3293712. First, cut me off when it was my right of way. Then was speeding extremely fast (65 mph or so) in a 45 mph speed limit. After that they used incorrect turn signals. Then finally when the driver pulled into my neighborhood, the music was full blast. i don't know who this driver was, but they should be fired immediately.

This location needs to focus on accuracy! We have had many EASY orders delivered wrong or missing items. We will order elsewhere from now on.
