They had no rice. No brown rice, no white rice, no fried rice. The rice machine doesn't work. As usual there's no chicken green bean ready ever. The only option was chow mein and they did not even have that. The girl actually took some chow mein out of the pan while it was being cooked and filled a drive-thru order and it wasn't even done cooking.

The staff is friendly and the food is typical of panda, which is pretty good. Only problem is that this location almost never has everything available. The last 3-5 times I have come, I've had to wait 15 minutes or so for an item to be made fresh. I would understand if it was for specialty items, but it's typically basic things like orange chicken or chow mein. I would imagine people are constantly ordering those items, why would there not always be a batch ready to go?

Placed an online order ahead of time, went through the drive through and was asked to park and wait for the rice as it was not done. After 25 minutes of waiting I went inside where they had a line but had the rice ready and were serving them. Don't understand why I had to "wait for rice" for 25 minutes and why others were served the ready rice? The point of ordering ahead is so the food is ready at the time stated and won't have to wait 25 minutes?

Ordered orange chicken and Beijing beef.. was told I had to wait for the beef.. No problem i pulled up and she said she’d bring it out to me..30 min later I’m sitting there and nothing. Go back to the window and it was ready in 2 seconds. Beef was done.. The girl never brought it out to me she forgot. Simple job

This is the worse location you can go to eat panda express the workers are always ignoring the customers for pick up, nothing is ready the workers are always playing around and talking they don’t take their jobs seriously, when i always come here i have to wait more than 30 mins the only person that works here is the female manager unfortunately I don’t know her name do not go to this location you will regreet it go to the one in 64 in st Charles you are in and out in a matter of seconds

The rice is undercooked, the beef and broccoli is slimy and the chicken teriyaki is almost grey in color and taste awful! There is no food standard. So disappointed! Not coming back!
