Placed an online order, went to pick it up, and they claimed they had no record of it. Finally showed them the order number, they went digging in the system, and then eventually found it - except they never made it. So I had to sit there for 20 minutes while they made my order from scratch. Got my food but not even so much as a "sorry about that."Absolutely garbage location. Train your staff on the basics of customer service.

Our PTO has used Papa Johns in Batavia for a local Batavia elementary school’s Halloween dance for two years now. The service has been fantastic, pizzas hot, fresh out of the oven and ready on time for pick up!The manager, Jesus, does a great job managing and coordinating such a large order. There are other local and comparably priced places in Batavia, but I trust this team is going to get it done right for us!

Went to go pickup and the employee at the cash register didn't acknowledge me as well with 6 other people. Waited for 10 mins of him going back and forth doing nothing and ended up leaving. Don't come here staff is awful.

Ordered on the app, easy enough. Large garlic stuffed crust with double bacon and an order of the buffalo boneless wings.Pizza was good for what it is, being a low cost commercial chain. I felt shorted with the "double" bacon. Felt like a normal amount. Needed to be cooked a little longer so next time I'll request it well done.Boneless wings were trash. Mushy with no real flavor

Large pepperoni. I swear they just buy Tombstone or Toni frozen pizzas and use those. The worst pizza out of all fast food pizza joints... Total waste of money. The garlic knots were good though. If you just buy a soda and garlic knots youll be
