This is new, just opened up. We ordered tacos. This place is super authentic and they gave you a lot of meat in your tacos! They don't skim on the portion. Will definitely be returning!

The food was absolutely delicious I got a steak burrito and it was probably the best one I have ever had! The service was amazing everyone was friendly and the food came out quick. The atmosphere in there was really nice too, it's a place I recommend going to, I know I will be back soon!

I don't like to say negative things about a place, but I would definitely pass on Taco Dale. Comprehensive menu, order at the counter where they may or may not have a full bar? There is no beverage menu? Like what Mexican place doesn't push the margarita? Food arrives at tables promptly but so incredibly bland and boring. Chicken fajitas consisted of plain flavorless chicken and some barely cooked onion and green pepper with a few slices of avocado. Steak tacos were a miss too as there is just absolutely no seasoning. The ONLY edible item was the guacamole but sadly even the chips it came with weren't great. Hard pass on this one. $100 4 people no appetizers with 3 fountain drinks. Yeah- no.

Customer Service Fail- My family & I came here today and ordered $70 worth of food. I ordered a quesadilla and asked if it came with sour cream. The lady ringing me up said yes and with pico & guacamole. (As stated on the menu) Once my food came it didn't include anything. The manager said that the girl who rung us up was new and didn't know and I had to purchase the sour cream, pico and guacamole separately. I told her the menu shows that it's included. She then told me she was the manager and that it was not included if you get the dinner. She continued to argue with me if front of customers. On top of that she went to the table and snatched my already paid for food! I would not recommend this location. Bernice definitely caused this location a loss of money vs just giving the customer a side of sour cream- which is clearly included on the menu. False Advertisement

Same experience as Mike T's review: ordered ahead via web, but when I went to pick it up had to stand in a long line that was moving extremely slow - waited in line probably 20-30 minutes. By the time I made it thru the line the food was ice cold. Spoke to the manager about how the mobile order pickup process needs to change. Food was good, but not worth the frustration.
The service and food are outstanding. We were so impressed with the menu and quality of everything. Just came in here for a little mid afternoon snack and was pleasantly surprised to see they made really good margaritas. My go-to for tryjng out a New Mexican restaurant is a bean tostada. They had a vegetarian tostada so I ordered it. Very fresh ingredients. A nice layer of refried beans, lettuce, tomato and fresh slices of avocado. The guacamole is nice and chunky. Again very fresh. A very good size portion and delicious. My friend got an Al pastor taco with corn tortillas and was very happy. She said the seasoned marinated meat was very moist and muy delicioso. I was pretty amazed with the service - we had two separate servers come ask us if everything was good and if we needed anything. They were all very nice to us. The place is very spacious and clean. A happy ambiance. This was a memorable place to dine and we will be back.

Good food , decent prices. Poor service. Had an online order, they made me wait in line. I order online so I don't have to wait on your long line. Been there other times and Uber eats drivers don't wait in line. Server made snarky comment about having to wait in line like everyone else. Gotta get a better system.

Our second time here and just as good as the first! ALL the staff is so personable and friendly and the extensive menu can't be beat. On this visit my wife and I each ordered the Burrito Suizo Dinner.....absolutely delicious, generous portions....enough for leftovers! All fresh ingredients and the complementary chips/salsa and red/green sauce are home made. They bring your meal, chips and salsa to your table, great service. Such a great Mexican restaurant in Batavia!!!!

We stopped by here on the way home from sledding during their grand opening and were greeted warmly by the entire staff. We enjoyed a family style buffet of delicious food. We returned for dinner this evening and had another great experience. This is some of the best food I have ever had in a warm, unassuming atmosphere with great service and warm hospitality.
