Been inside this place once and I don't live too far from it. I sometimes see the owner outside but I remember in the past they were closed for awhile and not sure how the hours or days are. Like when they open to close. Just thought of wanted to try what they have there.

I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how fabulously DELICIOUS the cakes at 10th Street Baking Co are!! I have had a lot of cakes in my life and no other cake comes close. The cake is so moist and the icing so buttery. If you you haven’t tried 10th Street, you are missing out! I give this a 10 out of 10 (really I give it a 20 out of 10

This place, by far, has the most AMAZING cake I have ever had. And I am a very serious cake snob lol. The cake itself is so moist it melts in your mouth. The buttercream frosting is absolutely perfect. Creamy, sweet (but not too), buttery...just pure deliciousness. I cannot find enough yummy words to describe how much I love this cake. The owner is extremely nice and pleasant to deal with as well. I highly recommend trying 10th Street baking company for your next order! They also have other baked items available, just check their FB or call to see what the options are that day.
10th Street Bakery is a must follow on Facebook or you won't know when it will be open. It is an after hours bakery/bar with drink specials and sometimes food specials too. The atmosphere is fun with retro alternative music playing in the background and just about everything is numbered, not kidding!!! Don will spin the wheel and if you happen to be at the number the wheel lands on you are a winner! Haven't won yet but so much fun!Don has the best gooey butter cake around hands down and he does all kinds of flavors too. Orginal is still my fave.?And apparently Belleville is know for peanut squares, not being from here orginally I had no idea what these were. But I can attest to the red velvet peanut square tasting like a deconstructed boston baked bean candy. Do you remember those from when you were a kid?? What a treat for the taste buds and a trip to the past.Amazing and so much fun, great choice for supporting local!
