On 02/22/24 at 9:50 they Claimed they were only selling fried foods because their grills were closed. But they still had over an hour left till close. Claimed that all burger kings were not selling non fried foods. Because the grills were “already cleaned” even though they didn’t close till 11. But went to a different Burger King and ordered with no issues.

I hope it was just an isolated experience, but who knows. Order was wrong, food was warm at best, and the chicken fries were hard. I was so aggravated that I couldn't even eat the food I paid for, but I was already back on the road.

Went sign said 2 whopper Jr for 5 dollars. Staff would not take my order at Drive thru for deal. Ordered deal online staff made my food. I arrived at 9 they close at 11. I think thru dodnt want to work too terribly hard so said they couldn't ring up the deal. Been getting this at so many fast food restaurants lately.

I come here for lunch frequently. I get the chicken fries, and I like them a lot. Employees are courteous. They have a nicer quality soda machine, so it's rarely down. Unfortunately, the icee machine is down a lot.Parking: Lots of parking options.

Came to pick up a order late by 30 minutes to be told 45 minutes after they're supposed to be open they just started and my order will be 15 minutes wait. Yet, I see people going through the driveway and leaving.

Came on Labor Day and have to say that Ethan was phenomenal! They were short staffed but Ethan maintained a super positive attitude and was incredibly helpful and friendly. Sometimes when a place is short staffed you expect the food to be sub par but Ethan made our entire order and it was better than we expected! It was really good! We had to personally thank him for his service because there were only 2 employees working and he made the experience great ?

I'd give one star if I could, they are terrible they never have their lobby open and are rude....this place was awesome when they first opened I was happy to have one so close to home, but now I wish they would have been a McDonald's. At least at McDonald's I can go in and eat. Their doors are always locked no signage about the lobby being closed. I often ride my motorcycle and stop by for something quick to eat, but with their lobby being closed I have to go through the drive thru it's incredibly embarrassing as a company to have no standards or regard for their customers... We pay your bills.
