I have loved Captain D’s since I was a young child. While the food is great, the service at this location is not. The lady behind the drive thru was rude and not very friendly. I know good customer service, and when I am spending nearly $50, I expect at least a smile
The manager jesse gurley is the worst not only was he un professional with the service and bad food but I seen him selling drugs to the car before me in the back of the store as I was pulling up I have been in contact with the police I could see some type of white substance in a bag that he throw in the car.

I got there right as they opened. I asked if the fish and fries could be cooked longer. I seemed to annoy them. Got home with the food and both were cooked but nothing was crunchy. Very soft. Really disappointed.

Bro for 12$ the chicken strip are always so small on top of that the hush puppies are either old or overcooked. I love the food it's just always extremely disappointing portions and sometimes dry or burnt food. Sorry guys just being honest.

This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT!! The food was, and is, always good! That said, the ATTITUDE, KNOWLEDGE & PROFESIONALISM are severely lacking!! Couldn't understand the girl at the counter because she mumbled some type of English. Put something on bill, that I didn't order,Then ARGUED with me about it! Gave my 76 yr old mother attitude when she asked for UTENSILS, and walked away from her!!Now...let's talk about the "Bathroom Situation". I have been in cleaner State Park Porta-potties!!! NO urinal AT ALL! Toilet paper EVERYWHERE(Except in the dispenser). Faces on the floor & "wet" everywhere!!Rolls of Toilet Paper on top of Wash Sink(to DRY HANDS!) because there's NO PAPER TOWLES. Soap sitting in the dispenser bag, on the counter(NO way to get it out though!).This place looks and acts like it's run by 5th graders!!My guess...that's the education level required for employment at THIS particular establishment!!My advice, if you absolutely have to have Captain D's. Hit the Drive-thru!!! And cross your fingers.

How did I just now find out that Capt Ds is the good version of LJS. Store was clean, people were actually there (I mean customers), food was fresh out of a fryer with fresh oil. Y'all killed it! Better keep it up when I come back.

Ordered $54 worth of food online. Picked it up and brought it home. We were missing 2 pieces of fish and 3 stuffed crabs. I tried calling the store to try to get some of my money back, but the phone number listed doesn’t work. Highly disappointed.

It's like Long John Silvers in almost every way, but somehow less flavor than that somehow. Even with the "spicy" version. I like clam strips, but the ones here just don't taste like anything. They even mimic LJS down to the brown, slick with grease floors that probably haven't been properly cleaned in years and staff that seems like they just can't be bothered.Also of note, when I first got Mt Dew from the machine, I had a couple big black flecks of something in my drink. I dumped it out and got it again to see if it happened again, and it didn't. So, I don't know if the flecks were in the cup to start with, or if it came from the machine, but the machine is the logical choice.

I used to love this Captain D's. I'm so sad that the quality of the food as gone down the drain. Before the pandemic, this restaurant had good food and good portions. Now the food looks old, dried out and very small portions of rice and sides. Sorry to say that I won't be returning to this restaurant.
