This is the Belleville IL store, #617. Up from Florida and the main thing I wanted was Churches Chicken. My niece went to get it, at 4:00 on Sunday afternoon. She could see the phone was taken off the hook, was told they didn't have any spicy chicken, and was not making anymore, when they don't close until 10:00. She said the attitude was like they were waiting on a scene, but they didn't get it. Found out from another store that the GM of that store was, or should have, been there. So maybe it was the GM with the attitude, but I am taking this up as far as I can to the corporate headquarters. My niece says this store is always the worst, but if you are refusing to make spicy chicken at 4:00, with a 10:00 close, and taking the phone off the hook basically the whole day (cause I kept trying), something is seriously wrong. Will drive the 20 min to another store to give our $50 chicken order to.

Placed a order on line. The order was missing all of the biscuits, mashed potatoes, and spicy chickencand mac and cheese, The order of fries and okra was supposed to be family sized but the gave us a small. Never purchasing from this location again.

I ordered my food at 8:07pm and didn't get my chicken till 8:40pm. There never hardly be no chicken up everytime I go. Service soooo slow. Nobody greet you when you come in and dining area dirty.

This had to be the worst food I've ever eaten ! Chicken was tasteless but almost edible since we were hungry. We only ate one piece each. I love corn on the cob but this tasted old and nasty.....threw away all 3 of them after one bite. Mashed potatoes and gravy ? One bite and that was it ! Terrible ! The remainder of the chicken will go to the dog. There was only one good thing....the biscuits. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would ! We ended up eating peanut butter and jelly for supper.....
