Today was the 3rd time I have been to this location since moving back to Illinois and I am very impressed with the efficiency, quality of food and the friendly service. Not to mention they have the best burgers in fast food! Keep doing what you're doing guys!

It was the perfect treat to complement the pristine lobby and welcoming atmosphere! ??Amidst the hustle and bustle, I had a fantastic interaction with Hannah, one of the staff members. Her genuine warmth and bright smile made my visit truly memorable. While some customers have reported mixed experiences at this location, Hannah’s kindness and her meticulous preparation of my Blizzard elevated my time at Dairy Queen. ?

They inside is ALWAYS closed so the drive thru is always busy and wrapped around the corner. The food is always fresh only if I ask for it that way. The service is iffy at times. Sometimes good. Sometimes attitude. They make the blizzards and shakes too fast bc they be melted by the time you get up to window!

They gave me someone else's order. If you go to their website to submit a complaint, it just leads you in a circle where you click contact us, select the store, then contact us again, then select the store again, forever. Pretty clever way to dodge complaints. Contact me to give me a refund.

They close the lobby early so you may have an EXTREMELY long wait in drive thru. You could probably drive to another dq and be serviced sooner
Generally speaking; most fast food joints are hit or miss for me. Belleville Dairy Queen however is consistent with quality and the workers are always polite and get the orders correct. This is how fast food places should be and definitely my favorite Dairy Queen.
