Once again this dominos makes inedible food. They are understaffed to the point of not being able to function. The GM and district manager should be ashamed. If they were in Japan, they'd have thrown themselves on their sword for the incredible shame of being this bad at your job for this long. Seriously, the shame they should feel is indescribable.We ordered delivery and they literally CALLED AND BEGGED for us to come pick it up, threatening a two hour wait time if we didn't. I've never witnessed such pathetic behavior from a restaurant. SHUT. IT. DOWN.

Worthless, used to use Domino all.the time at my last house. The one here won't deliver via app or phone because they're so "busy" or if they do the order is messed up. Back to Pizza Hut!

Pure idiocy. I asked for my pizza pie cut, it was not. I called and explained that my special needs son won't eat pizza not shaped like pizza they said they'd remake it, it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and waited almost 10 more only for them to CUT IT IN SQUARES AGAIN. I can't begin to fathom the level of stupidity it takes to do this, but I'm pretty sure someone without a disability is legally required to supervise the two working tonight

I only order from this Domino's if I have 2-3 hours to spare for my food to be ready. It's not completely horrible because they always mess up my pizza so my order is comped. I'm not sure why they can't get anything right.

They won’t give me my refund that they guaranteed me for not receiving the delivery I paid for. Then when you call the store they can’t help you and they send you to a damn robot that does not help you either

I placed an online order few minutes before closing, the store manager called stating no more orders will be placed and that I would be refunded between 1-3 days. He also stated he had no way of sending me an receipt or confirmation and that I just had to take his word. I asked the young man for his name and stated he did not have to provide it. I then asked for the Gm, suggested I speak with her the next morning. Poor customer service at its best!!!

I'm assuming that the guy I interacted with was An assistant manager. I could tell immediately that he couldn't handle his job and provide adequate costumer service. He talked to me like I was A burden. I won't go back out of principle. These places need to teach people how to interact with others in a positive way. Absolutely insane.

This store has had some issues but is now under new management! She is excellent! She has a while new crew and since then I haven't had any issues! She's very friendly and professional. This location is working hard on getting better. And the good is fantastic! ????

Food and prices are as always but if you want delivery order at a minimum of 3 hours in advanced day ofYou can schedule to have a pizza delivered a certain time but they will not honor itAnd it seems like it's only the Belleville Domino's thatVegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options

I asked for Marinara Sauce...they put the robust sauce (which BURNS my mouth!) I couldn't eat it. I bought 2 pies & a sandwich...it figures my pizza was messed up. I called, the woman said she made my order and KNOWS she put the right sauce on it. MY MOUTH & STOMACH BEG TO DIFFER!! They wanted me to bring it back n make another one.....IT'S been a very long stressful day. I wasn't driving back out there. I'll probably bring it back tomorrow. It stinks that I paid nearly $24.00 and couldn't even eat!

I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza from here and payed the difference for extra mushrooms. They did not put extra mushrooms on the pizza, in fact there was barely any mushrooms on it to begin with. Then I called up there and talked to the lady manager on duty. Instead of just taking care of me, she told me I had to take a picture of the pizza ( that my kids had already started eating cause they didn’t care about the extra I paid for). And send it in to her phone number. I sent it in to the number she gave me. And didn’t even here back!Updated: The general Manager of this establishment, contacted me back and was a very nice lady. She took care of me far beyond anything I could have expected. If you have an issue at this location ask to hear from this nice lady, her name is China. Thank you for reaching out to me and taking care of my grievances.

This Domino's is so freaking terrible! TERRIBLE Delivery service back to back times. Worst device we've had from a Domino's and we are coming from Bossier City, LA. So for me to say you're worse than them is a whole other level of crappy service. Once we waited 2 hours when our wait was only suppose to be 45 minutes. They played the blame game back and forth, back and forth from store to driver. Left messages to hear back from the store manager because of course we still paid for it, but got ZERO response!! Then again tonight. Called to see if it was possible to place a delivery order, on the direct # to the store, guy says sure! Takes our order, we pay, give us a delivery time. Get a text 10 minutes later that they canceled our order. So I call directly to the store again. Dude says, oh sorry we have oven maintenance tonight and had to cancel some online orders. I tell him I didn't place an online order I called. He blames the "call center" I told him I didn't call a call center I called that store DIRECTLY and they told us it could be done. BULLSHIT! Y'all are LAZY and will blame anything and everyone else.
