Hardee's is usually not the number one choice for most people but I've tried to give it a chance multiple times only to experience rude staff, bad management, and always UNCLEAN EMPLOYEES. EVERY HARDEE'S IN BELLEVILLE ILLINOIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, and has some of the worst management. Typically it's one cook back there, not a lot of accountability, hand-washing procedures, and food handling is not enforced, and there is no accountability. The quality of workers is terrible, from the attitudes, to the uncleanliness. I was served a grilled chicken sandwich with raw bacon on it one time. I managed Hardee's when I was a kid, and they emphasized something called $6 service, don't know what happened to those values, but you sure don't see it now.

I came out of Walmart today to find my teacup Chihuahua on her side panting profusely in the car seat. I had left two window down about an inch and today was a mild day. As I drove out of Walmart's parking lot, my baby girl lay lifeless in my arms panting. I knew that I could not make it home with her in that condition. I pulled in at Hardee's carrying her and just inside the door was greeted by Hardee's staff, Ivy and Mimi. I frantically requested a cup of water for my dog. They produced a cup of water, informed that the water was cool, which should help revive her, and then remained present in the event that I needed further assistance. After my little girl lapped up some water, we departed, thankful for the quick response of Ivy and Mimi. Much appreciation to the two of you for being prepared to extend personalized customer service with such a unique urgent request. Thank you.

Husband ordered one thing, and they got it wrong. They were not busy, just one car ahead of us in drive thru, no one in lobby, but we still waited for 20 min to get a burger minus pickles and onions, only to recieve a burger piled high with pickles and onions. We had never been there before, so this could have been an opportunity for Hardee's to gain a new customer. Unfortunately that's not what happened and we won't be going back.

I should’ve read the reviews prior to my visit. This restaurant is run by incompetent workers who obviously don’t care for the quality of the food nor the customers. Several poor reviews all mentioning the undercooked meals. I recently ordered a chicken sandwich. It was very much pink and not cooked thoroughly. DISGUSTING!!!

Ordered food. Asked to wait 3 min for fresh biscuits. Waited 15 min, no one ever brought my order out like they said I they would. Go back around drive through, they have me half my order and claimed that’s all I paid for. I showed them the receipt and they lady looked confused. Asked for my money back manager comes to the window arguing with me that I only paid for 2 sandwiches. I show it to her on the receipt, she throws a sandwich in the bag and hands it to me. No sides, no nothing. I’m very confused at how a $15 order can be so complicated and why their customer service is awful. It doesn’t make sense.

The food was okay.Cashier was rude for no reason, over a standard menu item order.fast food work is a thankless and stressful job, so I always try to be a polite and easy to deal with customer.However, I Felt like I did something wrong just by walking in the door.
Well first off, got my food once and it had minimal ingredients on the tacos I ordered. I took it back inside and wanted them to remake them. Got them again took them back outside and realized that nothing had changed, matter a fact it was worse. Very disappointed and will not being going back. If someone asks you to fix the food, which you get paid to make, you should have no problem fixing it for them.
$10 for a couple of semi-warm tiny biscuits. horrible value for that price.

Spend $30 for our food. All if our food was cold and old. Took the fries back in to get new ones. The employee dumped the cold ones we brought back in into the fry bin. So sorry to the person who got the fries that should have been thrown away. Unfortunately prices have went up and quality has gone down. Very disappointed.
