So I ordered my food for delivery. The delivery guy had a nasty attitude. He basically tossed me all of my food in my hand to where I almost dropped it. But overall the food was food hot and fresh. And I should call up there to report him. Because that was uncalled for and unnecessary. That is not how you do your job.

I ordered two cheese pizzas for pickup. I took them to the party and everyone agreed they were the worst they had ever eaten. I think they were day old or an order someone had not picked up from early in the day and they simply warmed it up. It was dry and had a horrible taste. Never again!

My work decided to treat us to lunch today. Imo's was the choice. I am plant-based so I don't eat traditional pizza. I was pleased to see that they have a veggie sub on the menu. I ordered without the cheese. The bun was garlic bread which may not of been vegan depending on what kind of butter they use. But, I am okay with that. Veggies included lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, green pepper and black olives. Sandwich was toasted and hot at delivery. It was very tasty. They put a little oil/vinegar on the veggies. Win! Win!

The other day they brought me the wrong pizza. Then they called and apologized, and said they would bring the correct pizza. I know it's a small thing, but hi five for making it right. Refreshingly unexpected. Thanks imos. I smashed that extra pizza.

This COULD be "The BEST Pizza in St. Louis!"!!! Unfortunately, the ONLY cheese you can get(anymore) is the "Famous" Provel cheese*!! The problem is, "Provel" ISN'T cheese! It's basically White Velveeta!! Which turns into hot Elmer's Glue...on a pizza!! Make a REAL CHEESE, like Mozzarella, available AGAIN & I guarantee more customers and sales!!!
The employees were helpful with helping me figure out a certain kind of pizza I wanted. Great customer service and the food was hot and ready pretty quickly. I'll definitely order from here again.

I've been reading through these reviews and can't help but laugh. I've only been there once, ordered in advance and picked it up. The salad and pizza were good! Nothing groundbreaking but it's what I expected from an Imos in Belleville. I wish I knew the name of the guy I talked to, we talked about Mello Yello just because and I thought he was nice. I read about some lady having an issue with the manager and her not giving out the GMs number? That's probably because nobody wants to hear you whine about how the minimum wage workers aren't bending over backwards to your every whim, you silly little donkey. Anyways, all the other reviewers can go cope a little harder- if you want 5 star service you can go to a 5 star restaurant. That IMOs is just fine.

I visit this establishment several times before this particular day I ordered a large pizza, but the cook had to do something else that he could not put my pizza in so my pizza was late going in the oven however even though I was a little aggravated because people was coming in receiving orders, and their pizza. The cook came out and explain to me what had happened and asked me if I would like to have a cold soda as I wait so I thought that was very good noble and that's why I gave this establishedment five stars. I was going to give four stars, but I gave five stars because of the caring and respect this cook displayed of how I could be feeling. Treating people how you would like to be treated will go a long ways, and I'm just saying ?
